I am a pho lover! I eat at a new pho restaurant at least once a month and eat pho at lease once a week. So when I can in and wasn't greeted with a smile but instead with a sigh I already wasn't feeling it. The pho comes with things but all I got was one tiny slice of lime and a lil bit of bean sprouts.. I asked for more and was given one more. Like I just paid before getting the meal. Every time I walked up she sighed and was in her phon. Worst pho experience I ever had. Don't recommend it. The pho wasn't even that good.

I came to this place because of the reviews everyone saying that this place has the best Pho & Service well it was not the best for me. I had one couple ahead of me that ordered spring rolls and a Pho to share. I then order two Pho without the chicken and I clearly said just with the veggies meaning the ones that come with the soup apparently she did not understand. I then asked for two bottles of root beer and again mostly A & W is what I was looking at but she reached for the barques root beer I said no I want the A& W she reached for the Mountain Dew then got mad. Then it took 1 hr to get our food and once we came home it was bland no flavor at all and the boba tea taste water down as well. Let’s just say I will not be back 35.00 waisted!

Popped in with my husband for beef pho and it was excellent! Generous serving of meat in them, perfect amount of noodles, broth, onions (both thinly sliced white, and diced green) and cilantro. I'm not sure we actually got any basil, but I didn't miss it personally, and I bet we could have asked. Really happy with it, only downside is the place is very far from our house.

Not as good as it was before it changed ownership.
I've been going here for a year because of the convenience of location. Everytime I've called in my orders, they say 20 minutes. I wait 30 and when I get there I'm still waiting. When you dine in it takes forever as well everytime despite being the only customer dining in. It's rarely busy.All the rolls are really good and worth it, but the last pho beef soup I had, the noodles were already decentigrating and the broth was already cloudy. I felt like I was given an old bowl for sure and got a refund. Tonight I gave them another chance and ordered to go for my wife and I. Tonight was the first time in well over a thousand seafood bowls, I had to eat it with rice noodles instead of egg noodles. I called and told them that and they say it's an option, but no option was given when I ordered since you assume it would be egg noodles. Anyways, the the main complaint was one of my fish balls I bit into, was old and rotten. I've already made my self throw up. Everyone I know will not be eating here again.***As an update to the review response. You called me and argued with me for almost 10 minutes about how I had the wrong store. Thanks for trying to insult my intelligence, instead of trying to make it right. I live at 29th and Morgan rd. When I say Ive been eating there over a year, I think I'd know the location and how to properly find you on maps to leave a bad review. I'm also the one that brought it to your attention that the fish ball wasn't like the rest I was use to seeing. Either green with white stripes, or orange with white stripes. That's why I asked you what was this? Further more you insult my intelligence, because you called me. You obviously had my number from caller id when I called the first time I got the food and the noodles were wrong. Shall I take a picture of the reciept to post it so people can see this is how they will get treated? Lastly, for anyone that calls in ahead. I'd start telling them 35 minutes atleast, and expect their pho to be cold like ours was. If you have pride, I'd suggest swallowing it and take criticism. Be my guest to overlook some of my reviews of restaurants, a lot of them being pho restaurants throughout the metro. I'm very honest.I will be happy to tell about your restaurant at any chance to my neighbors and friends, and explain this entire exchange of business. Offering for me to come to your restaurant now to discuss it further is you showing further face. You had your chance when you called me.
