Got there got seated and the waiter never came back and it was completely empty, I had to go find some to help us. Was like that majority of time there never checked on us.

Not well cook soup
I have been eating at this business for seven years, mostly at the old location, but I have never had bad service or food. I do have one gripe. During the pandemic they started charging for bottled water, I understood it then. But now you still have to pay for water and today they brought me a glass with ice in addition to my bottled water. If you could bring me ice, you could just bring me water and a glass for free. I eat out often and no other restaurant anywhere I’ve ever been charges me for water. Time to change up!

The service here was bad. My husband and I ordered pho to go and got our food over an hour later. The to go portion was small too. It’s half of what we normally get compared to other places. But the food was good.
