The Pho broth has very little flavor, and I don't believe they use bones when preparing it, as I make it at home. No sheen of fat floating on top either. Sorry

I absolutely love this place, service is awesome as well but recently every time ive gone the flies have been AWFUL. Ruined our meal, we couldnt finish it was so bad, im talking 8-10 flies at our table alone, all over our food and drinks. I wont be returning until the winter because wow.

The food is ok. The other day I was dinning and the guy taking our order had some nasty clear gloves that were yellow from all that usage. While I was there he cleaned the table,took our order, cleaned the tables and touched money then went to go do silverware getting germs on all of the forks and spoons never changed gloves. Anyways who knows how clean other things are .

Very clean restaurant but definitely NOT the same food standard as the original on Northside. We were so disappointed we decided to eat at the OG 2 days later to make sure we were not just imagining how different the pho tasted at the new one. The broth had very little flavor (it was literally clear with almost no color or fat. Looked more like dish water) and the noodles were mushy. The meat had zero flavor and was tough. The service was also terrible, we had to ask to have our waters refilled multiple times and the server seemed annoyed we wanted our water refilled. If you are a fan of the OG, just go to that one. I was really excited they opened one on Southside but it's definitely subpar compared to the OG.
