Checking out the new OKC Classic "Pho Lien Hoa 3" on South Western. The restaurant is nice with classy decor and very bright as in lots of light. For my meal I tried the Bahn Ceo A delicious Vietnamese classic, every Vietnamese person I've met talks about eating this at home. I love it! Theirs was great!! I'm there on a Wednesday night and it has a steady flow of customers. I'm happy to find this place.

There's nothing like enjoying a hot bowl of Rice Porridge on a cold day here in Oklahoma!Especially the intestine porridge dish with a bowl of porridge added with a few slices of pork liver, intestines, and sausage intestines warms the stomach for the winter days. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I had the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio,Vermicelli noodles with sliced grilled marinated pork and crispy egg rolls. I substituted the vermicelli for rice. It was Soo delicious. The marinated pork was flavorful and tender, the fish sauce had a nice balance of ingredients, which made the dish pleasantly delicious to eat. I recommend the bread sticks that you see in the pic. The breadsticks were crispy on the outside, an excellent complement for the pho. The service was great.

Ngl, food here was a little mid to me. Don’t worry, I thought the pho was pretty good (also even though I ordered a small bowl, it felt like so much lol) but when I got crab Rangoon, the cheese just wasn’t it. A friend got a rice meal, and looking at the meat you could tell it was old and dry, and the egg looked weird. Least it wasn’t bad, but it could be better. Also this is the first ever restaurant I’ve ever been to that gave water bottles instead of water in cups, lol pretty funny.

The Pho was ok, but nothing extraordinary. I have to say the bowl was too small to stir the entire food without making a great mess. I have been eating Pho all my life; the significant of this dish for me is to be able to stir my food well, so the flavor all marry to bring out more taste. And one last thing; if I want a bottle water; I would have brought one from home or the gas station. Terrible concept to serve bottle water in a full service restaurant.Needs improvement!!!
