No service, tried to order a special online and somehow Uber didn’t add it. It was BOGO for the pizza. I called within 1 minute seeing the error and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I canceled the order even though it cost me $24 to do so. Plenty of other places. Lost a customer before I ever tried their food.

Poor service. They have a buy one get one online and I am not sure but it didn’t register on my order. Nothing Uber would do and the restaurant wouldn’t honor it either even though I called a few minutes after placing the order. Canceled the order and it still cost me $24…. Anyone provide service anymore?

Stopped in at Pickleman’s on May in OKC and was seriously impressed! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how we ordered. The prep area was spotless and organized, which is always a good sign. Larry, who helped us out, went above and beyond, super friendly, helpful, and very funny. The dining area was clean, the tables were ready for customers, and the whole atmosphere felt positive thanks to the friendly team working there. Absolutely recommend this location if you want great food and great service!

Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in.
I didn’t know what to get and I asked one of the employees and they recommended the Mac & cheese bowl chicken bacon ranch and my fiancé chose the #7!! Food was amazing. We will be back for sure

I was the only customer at Picklemans drive through and they took forever. On top of that I got home and they had not given me the au jus that is supposed to come with the sandwich. That has happened so many times that I had started checking for it before I left. Today I forgot to check but with good service I shouldn’t have to.

Ordered through their website. Delivery driver texted he was here but wasn't actually at my door. Wouldn't respond to follow up texts or calls and blocked my number. Called the store and they said to contact Uber, so I did. Uber said they can't help and to call the store. Called the store again and the person said they would re-deliver asap. Waited an hour and still no food. Finally called back and they said they were hit with a rush and they'd send in 20 minutes... It was already 2.5 hours since the original order... I live 3 blocks from the store. Paid $12 in delivery fees and tips... I finally just ask for a refund and they say it'll take 3 days to get my money back.
