Every time I come here, the lobby is never open. Go through the drive thru and they’re never ready to take an order. Food wasn’t fresh either. It’s best to avoid this restaurant.

Did a mobile order, it was completely wrong and missing items. When I told them about the order being wrong, it was completely frustrating and a huge hassle. Will not be back for sure.

Just had a delivery driver drop off my order. He was great and on time. The food, however, was COLD. Like someone had made it way before and just let it sit there. It should have been made when he arrived. Not to mention, the drinks. Literally 4 or 5 ice cubes in each one so you know they were sitting out. And since when does your coke have a lemon taste? Never. Again.

5 for 4 menu! I was looking for Bacon Burger combo! I settled for 5 for 4: chicken nuggets, sm fries, cookie, drink and sm bacon cheeseburger! Great meal-this is what I highly recommend!

We got Burger King for dinner tonight (10-16-2019) and spent $17.22. We got 2 Pretzel burgers and three orders of chicken nuggets. Upon taking my second bite of my pretzel burger, my tongue found a hair! A short/medium length black hair - keeping in mind I am a blonde and this hair was inside the burger. My husband took the burger back to the Burger King (Store # 4165) and requested a refund of the burger due to the hair. We did not request a full refund, we requested a refun

We got Burger King for dinner tonight (10-16-2019) and spent $17.22. We got 2 Pretzel burgers and three orders of chicken nuggets. Upon taking my second bite of my pretzel burger, my tongue found a hair! A short/medium length black hair - keeping in mind I am a blonde and this hair was inside the burger. My husband took the burger back to the Burger King (Store # 4165) and requested a refund of the burger due to the hair. We did not request a full refund, we requested a refund of the single burger for $5.69 before tax as it was the only item of food that was contaminated. The manager (I can update with her name once I get it) absolutely REFUSED to refund us the $5.69. First she said she won't refund because we weren't returning all of the food. We only wanted to return the one item with hair in it. Then she said she would have to charge us for everything AGAIN and then she could refund. How does that make any sense?? We would've been out an extra $17.22 for one contaminated burger. My husband asked to speak to the GM so she called their General Manager Ramone, who did NOT speak to my husband at all. The manager proceeded to snatch (literally snatch) the bag out of my husband's hand and started tearing apart the burger looking for hair with her hands. Not only did she refuse to refund our money for the burger, she tore it apart with her BARE hands! Y'all. That. Is. Not. Okay. You won't refund, but you'll disassemble the burger with your hands COMPLETELY contaminating the burger?! I have a large hole in my Sinus Cavity currently and I am very suspectable to viruses and infections right now. Needless to say, if I ate this burger at this point, I run a real chance of getting very sick. None of the employees were wearing hair nets and there was one employee with a ponytail and sweatband on, but no hat! It is completely unhygienic and we WILL ? be calling the Health Department in the morning. I have my receipt, pictures of the employees violating health code, and I'm sure Burger King has cameras to back all of this up. Absolutely disgusting, do not eat at this location.
