The server was amazing this was our first time there and she explained everything but there was definitely a mouse in the bathroom it was at the end of our visit when me and my kids went to wash our hands. We tried to bring it to management attention however they just blew it off and kept asking was the food good at least.

A waitress tipped herself 90. Yes 90$ on my card and when I called to tell them I was continuously put off and a manager refused to talk to me. After 3 days of calling finally a manager spoke with me and told me a different manager would give me a call and get back to me. No one called so I had to call again myself. Spoke to the person in charge they told me to call again in 3 days. I do that, they found receipt and they said they will refund the 90$ and I never received it. Called them again 2 weeks later and still to this day I never got my refund and the worker just got away with stealing from me. Terrible place and have a video of a rat on the counter. Go somewhere else.

unfortunately, my recent visit to this establishment was far from enjoyable. The atmosphere was horrible by the unwelcoming demeanor of the staff, who seemed disinterested in providing even basic customer service.
Our waiter displayed a lack of attentiveness, taking our order incorrectly and later delivering a completely different meal than what we had requested.
The situation became increasingly frustrating as we waited for our correct order. With a one-year-old in tow, the delay was particularly challenging. After what felt like an eternity, the waiter returned to ask us to repeat our order, which had already been taken incorrectly. Despite our patience, we found ourselves still waiting for our food long after we should have been served.
In a last-ditch effort to address our concerns, I spoke with the manager, who unfortunately did not seem to care about our experience. His response was simply that we needed to wait, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued as customers. Ultimately, I had to request our order to go, as my child was becoming increasingly restless. This experience has left me with no desire to return to this restaurant in the future.

Just bad. We saw the server very little and that includes us waiting over 15 minutes before they approached it. The first time they got drink orders 25 minutes later they came back to even give us menus. We didn't see them again until the food arrived in another 40 minutes never coming to check on us or get drinks. Then they never came back, we had to send another server to go track ours down. Bad experience and wouldn't be back.

The service was great! Our waitress was very sweet. The food was amazing as always. Now for the restaurant itself. The bathrooms were flooded, the roof was leaking, and they didn't have any sodas. I ordered a strawberry lemonade because of that and was charged for each refill. This is the first time the restaurant was like this when I was there. That is why I took off one star. I will go back, but if it is in the same condition, I may have to go somewhere else.

The food was ok, but it’s missing flavor/seasoning. The packaging for a to go order was also disappointing as everything was shoved into one bag. Making some of the items smashed.

I made the mistake of doing a Doordash order & paid for food that wasn't right as in "it wasn't a pound of crab only 1 potatoe, 1 Corn which should have been 2 of each. Dungeness crab at that. I emailed, called with no response. I have been a customer for as long as they have been open even though we live in Norman. We had gone as a whole family for dinner & celebrations. We will not be back if they have no more concern about their customers then I have none for them. Not even a courtesy call or email... Nothing!!! Which is what i have for them!!!!

I've been to this location multiple with no issues. However today I was greeted by a host that seemed annoyed I was there, then when the server greeted me she did not seem happy to have a customer or even be there. My meal had already started off negative. Thought it could only go up from here. Sort of. The food was amazing. However, after getting side eyed by the host and server multiple times, and the server just seemed annoyed that I was there I've decided I may not be back anytime soon. Hopefully something can change about the atmosphere and climate of this restaurant.

We ordered 2 boil price of $30.50 a piece when my daughter got into hers it was supposed to have a half pound of crab legs it had one small one! Our waitress never came back to our table after delivering the food except to give us a check. I complained to the manager and she went to ask waitress she lied and said she came to our table 3 times which was a lie! I paid the bill but will never come back! Yea I admit it was very busy it’s Friday night but I myself worked as a restaurant manager for a number of years and never once did I disrespect a customer as I was disrespected this evening!!!!!!!!! Never will I come back to this location on Pennsylvania ave!!!!!!!!

This place is the worse and they took average of me. Took my $76 dollars and didn’t care to fix the problem.
