Ordered my food ... Delivery time was 919 person didn't show up until 940 something remind you i order like an hour before that then when they made it the order wasn't even mine... They expected me to just wait on the woman to come back to the store get my order that had already been sitting and bring it back to me... Like what is going on in the world man.

I have ordered delivery from here multiple times with no problems. This last time though, I had a delivery driver by the name of “Sheila” who was rude & unpleasant to say the least. She called me expressing that she could not find me and as I tried to help her and ask where she was, she continued to be very snappy and wry. I tried to call the store but no answer. I will not be ordering from this establishment again, which is unfortunate.

Door dash stole our soda, so our party was dry, but our friend Neil (general manager) fixed the situation as quick as he could (made the after party better).

These people suck. They said they called to bring my order but they never called so they took the pizza back to the shop?? Rude on the phone, no customer service whatsoever. The delivery driver is super creepy. Don’t have a women meet them alone

Online ordering is extremely inconsistent which is an ongoing IT issue. We are 90% takeout due to IT issues.

This place sucks. How badly managed is a pizza spot when they're out of Italian sausage for over 3 days? It's an extremely common ingredient, it's not anchovies.

Family and I just moved into a new neighborhood and were super excited to start enjoying pizza Hut delivery again... Except that, only part of our order was delivered... Called right back after delivery, reached the call center who transferred me to the store, where I was continually hung up on 6x. What we did receive was good, but the service stinks.

Fast delivery

I've been a loyal customer here. And since I called at 1025 pm I did not realize the time was too late for them to deliver or they did not want to. They took my order placed me on hold so long I called back and was hung up on. I'll be speaking to your new manager tomorrow. That's trash service. Once again. I even defended them when it said 3.5 stars but not anymore. 1 out of ten don't want to work last time I did carry out I sat there to eat went to rest room came back they had throw my pizza away. They are rookies....the next say tish tool care of me and modified the situation. Personable professional tish address the issue did not hang up on me and took car of me..
