I was shocked when the delivery driver came back to deliver an item that was missing from my order. I called to let them know but initially told them a credit or having someone come back was not necessary. I am glad I tipped the driver because it was such a kind gesture :) Thank you again!!

Just wanted to write this review because this place is amazing not only is the food always fresh and done right they actually care about getting your order right, I can't have red dye at all so I get pizza with no sauce and they've never messed up highly recommend to anyone and especially people with food allergies

Overcharged us. $6 for water.
We we served the lower priced pizza that we didn't order.
Only 3 customers, take out orders.
Saw them drop pizza pan on floor,pick it up and used it.

Exceptional experience. We were a party of 4 and chose to dine in.We ordered a 2 liter along with our pizzas . Later realizing there were no cups for dine in , the manager was very attentive and even paid for our individual sodas. He was constantly checking that we were ok and enjoying our meal. Will definitely come back. The food was ready quick and very delicious . Thanks again for a great experience!

I go in an I wait at the cashiers for 2 minutes while some employees are in a room to the left on the computer. I ordered a large thin crust pizza which was decent. But look at the picture of “8 boneless medium buffalo wings” .. this isn’t even 8 wings. It looks NOTHING like the advertised photo. I’m pissed.

Tonight I order a pizza at 7:27 and didn't get it until 8:44 it was cold. Every time I order a pizza they can never find my apartment. I tell them every time how to get to it and every time I get it a hour late and its Always cold. Its two sides to the apartments I stay in they Always go to the wrong side and Never check the other side and by the time they call me to find me and bring my pizza it always COLD. I believe I deserve a HOT pizza on you all. It makes No sense too me why yall can never find me with direction

I’m very disappointed in this place this has happened to me a couple times. I place an order online and I show up to pick up and they said they cancelled my order. Today I waited 40 minutes for my order to be ready. When I show up they said they cancelled my order because they couldn’t make hand tossed crust and my pizza was stuffed crust, I think it was laziness because it was almost closing time.

For the third time in the last year I’ve attempted to order Pizza Hut to have it delivered to my home. And for the third time they’ve sent DoorDash to deliver my food, and for the THIRD time they’ve forgotten an item on my order. This time I called to the store to have them correct the problem. An employee picked up and told me they would get a manager, they hung up on me, I called back and then got put on hold. Ok fine mistakes happen. While I’m on hold the general manager calls me and I had to explain what happened again. She asked me if I wanted credit and I said no I want my 2 liter delivered. She told me ok she’d ask her driver to come deliver it, maybe 2 minutes go by and she hangs up on me again. It’s now been twenty minutes since that has happened and no one has called me back or shown up with my two liter. I’m done, you’re not getting any more of money and I will be making a call to the corporate office first thing Monday morning.
