I’m very disappointed in this place this has happened to me a couple times. I place an order online and I show up to pick up and they said they cancelled my order. Today I waited 40 minutes for my order to be ready. When I show up they said they cancelled my order because they couldn’t make hand tossed crust and my pizza was stuffed crust, I think it was laziness because it was almost closing time.

For the third time in the last year I’ve attempted to order Pizza Hut to have it delivered to my home. And for the third time they’ve sent DoorDash to deliver my food, and for the THIRD time they’ve forgotten an item on my order. This time I called to the store to have them correct the problem. An employee picked up and told me they would get a manager, they hung up on me, I called back and then got put on hold. Ok fine mistakes happen. While I’m on hold the general manager calls me and I had to explain what happened again. She asked me if I wanted credit and I said no I want my 2 liter delivered. She told me ok she’d ask her driver to come deliver it, maybe 2 minutes go by and she hangs up on me again. It’s now been twenty minutes since that has happened and no one has called me back or shown up with my two liter. I’m done, you’re not getting any more of money and I will be making a call to the corporate office first thing Monday morning.

Order pizza from this location almost every week. It is amazing Tried the advertised $7.99 items today and was very disappointed in the boneless wings. They were not wings, they were nuggets. Ordered them plain with two different sauces on the side as I can't do hot. Got them swimming in hot sauce so the extra .50 each for bbq and wing sauce was wasted. Lesson learned

If I could give zero stars I would. I made a large pickup order for the future on my app. I stood at the counter for no lie, 12 minutes while I watched them start my pizzas when I got there. I called earlier to make sure it would be ready at the correct time because I needed to get the pizzas to a work meeting. And after the workers obviously seeing me and not saying a single word the most clueless manager came to the counter telling me it would be another 15 minutes because the ticket didn’t print til then. I said I called you earlier and spoke to you exactly and you verified my pizza would be ready. They let anyone with a pulse work here.

The service was okay, but the pizza? It was disappointing. It's been a while since I had pizza hut, when I decided to get some. I ordered one pepperoni and one sausage. Both of them barely had any cheese!It is like they added only one side with very little cheese. ?

Definitely not ordering from this pizza hut again! I used the mobile app suddenly it says a door dash driver is bringing my food. Got the food all of it was cold, one of the boxes had been open and seal was broken. How hard is it to read a screen and put two toppings as well!!
This particular location would not allow me to purchase a pizza for a homeless person sitting outside. He was not in front of Pizza Hut and he wasn't bothering anyone. Breanna explained to my husband and I that it is corporate policy not to feed homeless people and since we were buying it for a homeless person she couldn't allow us a pizza. Seems odd to me but if the Shift Leader says it, I guess it's a fact.

Overal, 4 stars....The Food was delieverd, the food was as good as it is, it was Warm*not HOT*considering it was 40 degrees and raining with wind...The driver was courteous, and friendly. He forgot the soda, which happens, but he retrieved it and appologized for forgetting....The atmosphere was at my house which is damn near AWESOME.
