Very poor customer service. Made the order wrong and had an attitude when had to remake the order. Management was no better very disrespectful and confrontational. Sad that people are raised to be disrespectful these days with no customer services. We need to do better at these establishments with who we have being the face of our organization. If they don't like their jobs send them to job service. And I ordered bone in wings and got boneless.

I’ve used them since they’ve opened, the customer service has gotten worse and worse.They are just flat out rude even after I tip them. The Pizza Hut further in Edmond is worth the drive, better food and service

Sent my 29 year old son to pick up my pizzas. Service was poor and rude. No one came to the drive throughwindow, and when someone finally came to talk, it had been over 10 minutes. Server then said several rude comments, too numerous to list here. I wish I could have gotten my tip back. I don't think I have ever wished that before.

We sat at the window for several minutes before someone came. When she finally came, she acted frustrated and put out that she had to wait on us. Appeared a bit frazzled. We ordered through the app and arrived 3 to 4 minutes after notification that our pizza was ready. We live less than a mile away. We were very hungry so we just took the pizza and left. I normally check my order first, but have always had such a hard great experience here that I didn’t. Big mistake! When we got home and opened the box we should have returned it immediately. But we were sooo hungry. We ordered a hand tossed pepperoni. The crust was way closer to thin and crispy then hand tossed The normal sized pepperoni was sooo dried out and over cooked. There was a bunch on it but we all pretty much picked it off. Very little cheese if any at all. To tell the truth it was so overcooked and dried out you could not tell there was cheese on it or not. I am so disappointed and embarrassed.I told my friend how great this location was and that was why we switched to here from Santa Fe but it was the absolute worse pizza I have ever eaten. Definitely going back to Santa Fe from now on ! Extra 2 miles but way worth it, or to dominoes across the street. I have pictures. But can’t remember see a place to post them with my review so I just uploaded them the the pictures page. I’m sure you can tell which 3 pictures were ours

The one star is for Pizza Hut promotions. I tried to order the Any Large Pizza and get one Large free promotion both online and on the app, and I never could get the promo code to work. This is not the first time this has happened. the same thing happened on the last promotion Pizza Hut had. I cannot trust Pizza Hut Promotions. Clearly bait to get you to order Pizza. I ended up getting two large pizzas, but paid a lot more than what I would have paid if the promotion code had worked! UPDATE: I got a response from the owner 3 weeks ago asking me to provide certain information, which I did. He claimed he wanted to make it right. At this time, nothing has been done, and I don't expect it will. Today, I get an email offering the same promotion for 10/29-10/30. As far as I am concerned it is nothing more than click-bait to get me to place an order they will not honor.

Just ordered some takeout and when received my order, my food was cold. My wings was supposed to be BBQ. They barely had sauce on them. My bread sticks was burnt. When I called he literally laughed and said this is crazy. I told him that I took a picture for proof. He said I guess I'll give u a $40 credit. Their customer service is rude

Pizza hut is one of the best places to get delivery from. Sure they are slow, but, they are better than their competitors. They have new things. A 10/10
My husband and I placed and paid for an online order for pickup which we thought would be quick and easy... wrong. My husband arrived at the time the app said our pick up order would be ready and he waited inside the business for 10 minutes before the staff even acknowledged him even though he was the only person waiting. After 10 minutes he noticed everyone waiting in the drive thru line started parking and walking inside the store to pick up their orders since no one would assist them in the drive thru. After the store filled with 12 other people my husband asked if they can get some assistance, mind you he has now been waiting for 15 minutes in the store, the employee then got an attitude and came up front. He asked my husband his name and he said "Dave" and that our order is the big family box sitting at the bottom of their pick up orders. The employee looks at the boxes and says "there's no Dave over here." My husband said " it's probably under David ,sorry." The guy then yells at my husband saying "David and Dave are not the same name," he then slammed the order on the counter. My husband was so upset that he just took the order and left. While my husband was waiting this employee was also yelling at the other employees in front of everyone who were waiting.

Pizza Hut is so inconsistent with their pizzas. I paid $2 extra for extra cheese and seemingly got less cheese than if I had ordered a regular cheese pizza. It was dry, tasteless, and not worth $20. Very disappointing.
