Today, @ 3:03 PM, I placed an order for a hut box. The cashier named:”TaLeen” took my order for the hut box; then, after she took my order, she goes to the back/kitchen, comes back to the front counter and tells me that they were out of personal pan pizzas for the hut box. She said, “ that she saw-where in the freezer they had the personal pan pizzas, but they weren’t thawed out”. I responded, “Excuse me; What in the world?” I’ve never known for “Pizza Hut” to have to UN’THAW/THAW OUT pizza/s.??? I told her, “that they should’ve had a sign up letting customers know that they’re out of personal pan pizzas.” Then, that’s when the manager named: “Annie”, came to the front counter. She replied, “I don’t have any personal pans, completely!!” I told her what the cashier had told me about the thawing out of the pizza/s, she looked at the cashier with a Huge, Mad look on her face. She raised her voice at the cashier/TaLeen and said, “NO!!! I don’t have any personal pans”!!! She was MAD AT TaLeen!!! Her face and her tone showed it!!! That’s when, I asked Annie, “who was the store manager?” I said, I remembered talking to him days ago, and he told me that this store would have personal pan pizzas/the hut boxes. “She gets loud and says, “He doesn’t know what he’s talking about, because he’s NEVER HERE, AT THE STORE TO KNOW WHEN THE TRUCK RUNS/WHAT’S AT THE STORE/or on the truck!!” She said, I’M ALWAYS THE ONE THAT’S HERE WHEN THE TRUCK RUNS!!! I said, “WOW”…..!!! I had the most shocking facial expression on my face, because she TALKED BADILY, AND RUDELY about her store manager. In front of a customer/customers!!!! I hurried, out of the door to call another Pizza Hut. I talked to a manager there; and he was so PROFESSIONAL!!! He told me to come to his store to get my hut box. I’M SO GLAD…I DID!!! I had no problems with/at his store! Him, and his crew were so NICE, UNDERSTANDING, and PROFESSIONAL!!! They apologized, tremendously for what I had experienced at the Pizza Hut on “2424 NW 150th, St.” And, that they knew the District Manager and the Store Manager of this store on “2424 NW 150t St. But, I had already filled out a customer’s complaint about this store. To my knowledge, corporate will notify the district manager and store manager of this store. 👍👍👍

Very poor customer service. Made the order wrong and had an attitude when had to remake the order. Management was no better very disrespectful and confrontational. Sad that people are raised to be disrespectful these days with no customer services. We need to do better at these establishments with who we have being the face of our organization. If they don't like their jobs send them to job service. And I ordered bone in wings and got boneless.

I’ve used them since they’ve opened, the customer service has gotten worse and worse.They are just flat out rude even after I tip them. The Pizza Hut further in Edmond is worth the drive, better food and service

Pizza was dry. Little or no sauce. Usually go to Hideway, which better and is expensive, but this is worse & more expensive. Don't recommend.

Not really sure who gets hired to take call compliments but she acted like she didn't care about anything. Would rate the pizza but haven't got to try it.

Sent my 29 year old son to pick up my pizzas. Service was poor and rude. No one came to the drive throughwindow, and when someone finally came to talk, it had been over 10 minutes. Server then said several rude comments, too numerous to list here. I wish I could have gotten my tip back. I don't think I have ever wished that before.

We sat at the window for several minutes before someone came. When she finally came, she acted frustrated and put out that she had to wait on us. Appeared a bit frazzled. We ordered through the app and arrived 3 to 4 minutes after notification that our pizza was ready. We live less than a mile away. We were very hungry so we just took the pizza and left. I normally check my order first, but have always had such a hard great experience here that I didn’t. Big mistake! When we got home and opened the box we should have returned it immediately. But we were sooo hungry. We ordered a hand tossed pepperoni. The crust was way closer to thin and crispy then hand tossed The normal sized pepperoni was sooo dried out and over cooked. There was a bunch on it but we all pretty much picked it off. Very little cheese if any at all. To tell the truth it was so overcooked and dried out you could not tell there was cheese on it or not. I am so disappointed and embarrassed.I told my friend how great this location was and that was why we switched to here from Santa Fe but it was the absolute worse pizza I have ever eaten. Definitely going back to Santa Fe from now on ! Extra 2 miles but way worth it, or to dominoes across the street. I have pictures. But can’t remember see a place to post them with my review so I just uploaded them the the pictures page. I’m sure you can tell which 3 pictures were ours
