The gentleman who took my order was excellent. He explained different items on the menu, told me about the specials and shared with me how to get more for your money on certain days. Because of him, I'll purchase there again.

Could tell they were extremely busy and a bit flustered, but the team did great and got us our tasty food to us on time!

Quick and efficient service to get pizza to my guys as we were setting up our new store. Happy with the quality of the pizza was hot and fresh. No burnt crust or other issues like I have encountered elsewhere.

I have had to have a pizza remade 2 times. This last time is the end. When u have 3 toppings on your pizza you should've 1 pepperoni on a slice of pizza. They used to be my favorite pizza place, not anymore! I see why they are closing all over.

Consistently good food. Sometimes you get a door dasher and it’s hit or miss on time, but when they have drivers it’s usually on point. It’s not at all often that there’s something wrong, and I order pretty often.

I am a very loud spoken person, I called to place an order and they called me back two minutes within me placing my order, even though I just spoke to a gentleman, he was very very rude.I asked for corporates number and the so called general manager Jeffery told me he's not going to give me corporates number. I want to discuss this with someone above him, if this is how the general manager presents himself to his customers I am very disappointed. I will not be ordering from this place, before this guy got here the customer service was absolutely outstanding. I don't feel as a valid customer when I am refused service. If I could I would give this place 0 stars.

Made a visit tonight to this location and I didn’t get the name of the nice hostess at the counter. She was very friendly and kind as I explained to her I had a bad experience at another location (1630 NW 23rd OKC) a few weeks back. Her GM assisted me and was very understanding. They made my personal pan pizzas and all in all their service was great , the location was clean and the pizza was good! I appreciate you guys and will ordering from this location here on out !

I gotta say, I’ve worked a lot of Pizza Huts before I got into my current job and this area is by far the worst. It all started out when they promised to transfer to another store location and lied about it. As soon as I was out the door, it was like nobody knew who I was. I requested a transfer because my General Manager was always making me stay later to service customers after hours and it did not work with my schedule nor did I find it acceptable. The GM told me I was setup for the transfer and when I went the next day, he said come back later after I filled out an application and he had no knowledge of my transfer. I submitted the application and returned to not be contacted after they said they would let me know once they received it on their end and when the GM wasnt busy. Long story short…. he never reached out so I moved on. Years later, I needed to get into my account to access my W2 which required a password, I clicked forgot and it required a user which I also did not have and lastly, it asked for a store number. After looking for the store for some time, I figured out which location it was and called to get the store number and the Area Manager Robin picked up the phone and asked who I was. I didn’t have a good experience with them and told her I was a previous employee and I just needed the store number. Robin proceeded to tell me she didn’t need to give me the information because I wouldn’t tell her my name and when I informed her it was public information, she hung up on me. Although she didn’t need to give me the information, she could have been more professional about it from the start. I called a different GM for Pizza Hut and he confirmed that it was an easy matter and she was being difficult and that it was completely legal even though she was telling me she could not and would not provide it. I called a different location and she was happy to help out and provide it or find out any answers i requested and it was beautiful to see because you can definitely tell when people have been in their job too long and this is one of those situations I had to deal with. She even had the District Manager reach out to me and meant it for once (I very much appreciated this gesture and it actually made me calm down a bit). Unfortunately, from the tone of the district managers voice, he just wanted to get off the phone with me and only took the call because it was considered a complaint. I sincerely believe (although I could be wrong… doubtfully) he had no intention of solving the problem or even informing her about the situation (prolly padded her on the back and said don’t worry about it. If you think I’m joking, I’m not)
When you travel to Pizza Hut or work at a Pizza Hut in this location, you can expect problematic antics from all directions and a maze of people who don’t care about their job anymore. I asked a simple question with no anger or animosity and explained that I was a previous employee and expressed my concern on not disclosing who I am and because of my previous experience in the lies I was told about being transferred from one Pizza Hut to another, I do not and will not feel comfortable exposing my information to people who lack professionalism. I got hung up on and thrown into a rigamarole. No she did not have to answer my question but if you are being paid I expect some level of professionalism. I will be cancelling any and all investments, accounts or anything supporting Pizza Hut and their brand. Furthermore, I will share this information with any further investors or customers who have a false notion of how Pizza Hut is ran in this area. If you or anyone you love is thinking about applying, avoid these locations because it is a family of lazy individuals who only work themselves and have no goals ahead. If I could go back and trade my brain cells for the time I spent working there, I would.

Good luck if you accidentally order from the wrong location and you have to call to try to have your order switched. Whatever number they have listed go straight to a call center and it sounds like someone that works in Bangladesh or Malaysia. I literally called and got put on hold for 20 minutes at a time several times in a row. Eventually, I got through from another number, and when the lady heard me slightly upset, she hung up on me. Pizza Hut is my favorite Pizza. I’ve every other pizza place in Oklahoma. Their sauce and crust are amazing but honestly the customer service makes me order from other places like Domino’s and Mazzios. ( which are awesome with great service!!) ……… get your shit together Pizza Hut FR. I’m tired of leaving these type of reviews for you guys

Service is getting worse and worse. Gave them 2 more tries after there first unacceptable delivery that was very very late and ice cold and service just keeps getting worse. Literally watched the delivery set in front of my house for over 5 min because he walked it to the door this time after being 34 min late and food again ice cold. Don’t order here.

Not a dine-in place. Just pickup and go. Good spot. Great pizza. Love the stuffed crust, the french fries, and wings. Pasta is underrated. Pan crust pizza is amazing the next day if you airfry it. 350 degrees, 2 slices for like 2-3 minutes. Try it out!
