So many things were inedible. So many. I had never spit a chip into a napkin before Poblano Grill. No idea how long it’s been since their fryer oil has been changed. The “cheese” is not cheese. I had to search my relleno for tiny chicken pieces in a sea of greasy corn ooze. It was our first and last visit. The ambience was off and not welcoming. The manager made tons of laps through the nearly empty restaurant and never approached us. We also weren’t allowed to have chips and salsa until our food order was taken. Our server was very sweet and attentive- wish her well.

Cool Mexican spot, atmosphere was pleasant, food was good. I ordered the taco salad and a chicken Chalupa. Could’ve been more seasoned for my taste, but it was hot and edible. The Mexican candy drink was really tasty. And my server was awesome. The greeter was very nice and inviting as well.

The entire staff were amazing! The hostesses were so sweet, the waiter very attentive & helpful, even the bus boy was super sweet (we had a messy 9 month old.)

Used to come here on my birthday almost every year. Really sad to see what a nose dive this place took :( Food was cold, potatoes were sour, margarita was undrinkable, tortillas hard and cold. I left apologizing to the people that brought me here on my birthday :/
First impressions are always key, we went in a got sat right away, they waiter was...well I'm not sure what was going on that day, but we finally got to order and the guacamole was great!!! But my grandson order chicken strips and they were so tough that when I went to bend them to tear them into, well, they would not ( no exaggeration ) My daughter and I ordered the special of the day which was taquitos she got chicken and I got the shredded beef she said hers was good mine literally had no flavor in the meat I'm not really sure what was going on this day maybe they were having an off day from the kitchen to the staff but all in all just not really a great first experience at all, but, please go try it for yourself see if you have a better experience than me 😀😁

Service was awesome, we had the pepper 🌶 jack Fahitas and was awesome. The sopapias are awesome. I couldn't find anything wrong with this place, going to be one of my favorites when we visit okc. We are from sw ks.
