First time trying Pollo Campero. The bowl was great, and the grilled lemon chicken was so awesome, it had me googling Guatemalan lemon chicken recipes. The parking lot is awkward and would be a nightmare during busy periods - that is the reason for the four stars. I had to pull forward to wait - awkward.

Food was good, and I understand that it's a Hispanic chicken restaurant, but having employees that don't speak English or understand it is frustrating. My order was entirely wrong and nobody else spoke English! Have employees speak the language!

I heard this place was delicious I didn't get that experience i was very disappointed I ordered the 10 piece Pollo nuggets and they were so dry and I'm sure they were probably sitting under the heating lamp for an hour at least the mac and cheese was good.
