My son loves Popeyes but this location needs to either be shut down or a complete overhaul. There service sucks started with the rude guy at the counter to the manager who doesn't even care how her employees attitudes are. The food was cold and we ordered spicy and got original. Place is completely unprofessional , disrespectful to the company and there standards, and staff are completely rude starting with the older white guy and the Hispanic manager who just either doesn't care or just as rude as there staff. The kids up there are great it is the older people working there that are rude. Thus place definitely needs new management if the want to keep this establishment open to much longer.

Bought 12 piece bone in wings on 2-7-25 around 1:45 pm through uber eats. Received 12 boneless wings which cost $4-5 less than bone in. So I paid $4-5 more for boneless than the menu price. I tried calling several times it just beeped like it was off the hook.They were ridiculously small. DO NOT EVER buy wings from here! It's awful. You would think a place that centers around chicken couldn't mess that up, but you would be wrong.

Drive thru can be quite slow service at times. The sign & store need updating, repairs. The new ownership or staff that happened months back has turned this location around (no more hateful rude lazy workers). My fav is chicken sandwhich or family meal deal if have coupon.

Vegetarian options: Probably slim to none; it's Southern cuisine

Parking: Parking lot needs repaved, holes fixed. Overall location needs upgrade

HORRIBLE SERVICE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY FOOD!!! Went to this location and when I was making the order with the man in the drive thru he had an Attitude with me cause I asked for 2 orders of the 16 piece chicken. He immediately said WE DONT HAVE THAT MUCH CHICKEN COOKED. I told him I wasn’t in a rush and was willing to wait. He then started talking to another employee in the back ground and said “ They want 2 orders of the 16 piece chicken is that even possible to make for 1 person how many pieces is that?” And I was shocked so I said Sir that’s 32 pieces total🤨. So he asked me to pull forward which I did then he said well I don’t know how long it’ll be and gave me the total $73.84 😼 so I paid and parked to wait on my food. Now the parking lot was Completely empty and they was only 1 person inside but I waited almost 45 minutes for my food before going inside to see how much longer it would be. Well to my surprise the food had been ready and was just sitting on the counter. I asked about my order and showed my receipt and an older lady who’s English was poor said my food was there, so I asked them why hadn’t they brought it to my car as I had been wait I and the man who took my order said YOUD EVENTUALLY COME GET IT. The NERVE!!!! When I got home one of the boxes was so sweaty the paper box was all wet up and once we removed all the chicken there wasn’t even 16 in each box there was a total of 6 pieces missing. And the larger pieces, the breast and thighs were UNDERCOOKED. I will NEVER get anything here again.

A young man took our order and was extremely nice. A lot of Latino workers so always appreciate the diversity. Ate inside and food was made in a timely manner. If you treat others the way you want to be treated you’ll receive great costumer service. Nice people here.

I went and placed an order for tenders but they gave me wings. They also gave me my order completely wrong and when I called they gave me an attitude and told me to drive all the way back to talk.
