I placed a 36.00 order at 8:39pm on Friday night they're open til 11pm i drove 40 mins to the locations and was told I had a 7 min wait for it to be fresh.... wtf .... I order like that so I wouldn't have to wait... always an issue at this location

Never let's me order blackened chicken

we got here 30 minutes before close and they closed already? it says they close at 11 pm if that’s not true don’t show it

Spent 60 dollars on food last night and only got 35 to 40 dollars worth of it forgot our chocolate bisket 6 weeks and gave my wife the wrong dessert this isn't the first time this has happen and the last time I called and got told it was my fault I didn't come get new food bad for business I'm a manager and wouldn't treat a customer like this

I used the drive thru. I ordered a five piece tender meal. I was given one sauce. I asked for more and the employee at the window just laughed at me. Finally I got upset and another employee told him to give me more. Horrible service! Will not be back!

I came inside to dine in, unfortunately nobody acknowledged me, I just stood there, a couple of the employees looked over their shoulder and said nothing. Usually, when you walk into a business its a good idea to say something to let customers know that you will be with them in a moment, but no welcome In or anything. And it wasn't like they were busy. There were two cars in the parking lot and one in the drive-thru. If I were the owner of this business, I would not be happy, it seems to be a trend . The same thing happened to a lady in the Drive-thru on the previous post.

On Friday, December 20th, I just tried to go here to grab a last-minute meal about 10min before they closed and they were already closed for some reason. They need to change their hours to match the actual time they close. Their hours say 11pm...

$10.79 for the 3 piece blackened chicken tenders combo. This is what I got. About two small bites per tender. Nothing like the pictures online. These are kids' sizes at best. VERY dissatisfied.

I come in town once a week for work. I came to this location cause it was closest to me. The first thing that I got bothered by was, I try to give them an order off the Popeyes app but this location can't redeem the codes. So I couldn't get what I wanted. So I ordered the 24 wings with 3 regular sides. I get my food and it seem to be hot. So I looked in the box and it was hot. I drove to my room to eat and the chicken was hot but not fresh at all. I opened my sides and it was hair in my red beans rice. I would love to take this back but my room is to far from the place. I will never return to location again!!!!

Store is always clean but employees are always standoffish. My food is always dry and tastes like it has been kept heated for way too long.

I had ordered Popeyes for me and my fiancé and I decided to eat her leftovers the next morning and as I was eating I noticed that the chicken looked really pink and so I pressed down on it with my thumb so check and blood came out of the meat. This is absolutely disgusting and I have no idea how much I ate before I noticed it ?

Went to drive. I was in a rush, so I ordered wings. 8 minutes, Chicken hot and juicy. That's all I ask for in fast food.
