Súper disappointed lasted 30 minutes for my food workers playing around laughing
While cooking some touching phones and food cold

The new fish sandwich was mediocre but it was so cold inside I had to eat in my car! Between getting my food and getting to the car to try to eat without freezing to death my food was cold also

Once again this location forgot my biscuits and doesn’t answer their phone. I’ve called three times to try to get the biscuits picked up but it just ti s and rings. This location is terribly ran. I won’t be back and should’ve known better than to give them one more chance. I have a family of 6 so we always spend $50+ when we go. Popeyes chicken is great, this location sucks.

The customer service is terrible. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal with an extra side of red beans a rice, and was given a 2 piece of fried chicken and no sides at all.

The employees are absolutely horrible and so is the manager they got my order wrong multiple times and were just RUDE and not willing to fix the order. WORST LOCATION

I ordered UberEats. Two of my items were missing. We called the store to see what happened and possibly fix the the situation. We were to hold on a moment. For 6 minutes, we heard loud cussing and disrespectful behavior. They never got back on the phone.

Come here if u like food poisoning. Never in my life have I had such a reaction to food. I can eat anything. They don’t handle their poultry properly

This location gets worse every time. Dirty tables, chairs and floors. Food is not cooked properly compared to other Popeyes’ locations. Hate to be that guy, but No one speaks English. Hard to communicate when you have a question as a customer. Worst location I have ever been to. Wonder how the franchise owner keeps it in business…

Placed a mobile order. Waited 30 minutes to get to the window to get told they are closed they are out of chicken. I asked how can I refund the order the Spanish lady was rude said wait shut the window locked it and after waiting 20 minutes I just left. 7 cars still in line you would think they would place a cone and signs saying they are closed or even telling you when you pull up to order but nope you have to hunt them down to figure out what’s going on.
