Place is always dirty, everything or something is always broke. Never have enough chicken cooked ive never once came in and been able to walk out without waiting 10 to 15 mins. Its not even close to busy right now and they ain't got anything ready. Maybe one day the Store Owner will actually fix stuff and update their store or hire shift managers that actually manage. Somehow i always end up coming because the food is pretty decent

I ordered chicken and it was bloody in middle and that's all it took for me, I'm done.
The food was delicious. The cashier had a name tag on that asks "What is your favorite sauce" and in Spanish the reply said "I am Baby". That was awesome. Only odd thing was the women's bathroom door was kept locked. You had to have an employee unlock it. Men's room was free to go in and out of. Just not familiar with this process.

Very bad service, I went on Tuesday to change a coupon that they gave my son at school and the person in front taking the order told me that I had to buy a combo so that he could give me my son's combo, I saw in the coupon that no purchase is necessary for the combo since they are donations for the school.A very kind boy who works there told her to give it to her, she doesn't need any purchase and she got upset and treated us very badly, he said that all day she was doing it like that ?so she was doing it wrong all day. They should hire nice people, the importance of being nice, or send them to customer service classes to get rid of that angry face they always have. I hope they do something about it.

My favorite is the blackened chicken sandwich.. it is always fresh and HOT.. the fries, too..???...I also had the ores cheesecake desert.. which is too good and addictive.. and my sweet tea.. ?... I love this location best @ I240 and Western..in OKC.. the staff is always friendly and I have never had an issue with my orders here..
