Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

So me and my wife and my kid went to the drive-thru to get dinner on the way home here. The person at the speaker was unprofessional and rude and we had to keep repeating ourselves over and over again for the same simple directions for the order. Then when I went and paid at the window with my credit card I asked for a receipt and the manager who did not speak very clearly basically said we don't have receipts right now the machine is broken. She then goes on to tell me that I can hop out of the car really quick and take a picture of the screen with my phone. When we got home less than 5 minutes later it turns out most of the food is not fresh or appealing. Will not ever be back to this Popeyes. Wishing I had my 45 bucks back really awful time here . Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My new chicken place. I will go out of my way to go to Popeye's and avoid Church's. The Chicken was much better.
The interior was a little spares and it needed a little cleaning.

My food was horrible. Bread from sandwich was burnt. Chicken was old like it was sitting there. My fries had old fries and fresh fries mixed. Called a few times with no answer. Next day tried again and they only wanted to give me a sandwich. Call need to do bettet.

I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have a shellfish allergy like me. I ordered fries with my meal and there were multiple little shrimps in with them. Im glad I noticed or I would have gone to the hospital. It also took over 40 minutes for my food, popeyes needs to do people and hire more people

First time ever going to Popeyes the staff were not friendly the dining room even though they did just open was dirty no napkins straws or lids. When I asked for a utensil to eat with couldn't find one the employee tried to fish one out of the trash . The manager had her children in the restaurant while working they were all over the place including in customers faces. Very disgusting do not advise anyone to eat here unless you want to get sick

Waiting in line for 20 minutes came inside no one’s at the register big line see lady coming in from the bathroom still took forever to take anyone’s order I would never come here again

S Sooner Rd in OKC. Came in after lunch rush, I understand may be out of things. However, they had none of the sides up, no biscuits, no regular strips, no regular chicken, 4 of their sodas were out in the lobby. Three people in orange shirts. One at front, one at drive thru, one cleaning the store. Thought that was it I was too worried about time. Even 20 minutes later when nothing had changed, nothing made, guy up front keeps telling the girl cleaning he needs her to make sides she acts like she doesn't understand. I got pissed though when I started hearing laughing and giggling from the back of the store. A few minutes later three ladies in collared shirts came out looked the place over, start laughing and pointing at what is going in then disappear into the back.

Place is a joke I’ve never went here and they not give me an excuse for why they can’t do there job “we have to clean out the fryer” or “It’ll be a minute for wings” like isn’t that your job if you would of started doing it already you’d be half way done instead they try there hardest to get out of work

They take forever to take every persons order, they ask you to hold halfway through your order, every time. They undercook the chicken just about every time I came here. Employees too busy talking and laughing to do their job correctly. Don’t to this place.

Stopped in and walked up to the counter, and they acted like I was invisible, I stood there for a least 10 minutes, so I just walked out because I needed to get back to tulsa very disappointed 😞

Never got a response from the drive-through module. Drove up to the window and they asked me to come inside to make my order. They wouldn’t take it through the window. This place has literally screwed up our order every time we go. Please get some new management that actually cares and hire some people that will actually work.

I love the flavor of Popeyes chicken but the pieces are much smaller than other fast food chicken.
