I want to give a BIG shout out to, Miss Joleena (sorry if I misspelled your name). She is a beautiful lady inside and out. She encompasses what true customer service is. She is also a role model of what a true manager should be. In the way she kept her cool, her smile and her calm sweet spirit all the while under the pressures of being short handed, running out of food, a long line of customers and I'm going to assume some rude customers. Customer service was unprofessional. The girl slammed the drive thru window in my friend's face, sounded entirely illiterate and loud the whole time through the window and all, and while my friend waited for 15 minutes for a simple wing meal, they were chasing each other around the lobby. Somehow ran out of fries, probably because of abysmal management, and when they subbed Mac n cheese, gave us this pitiful portion.Avoid this Popeyes. Not worth dealing with bottom of the barrel employees.

Terrible service in the drive Thursday for 15 minutes to have to get out my go in side to be ignored by all staff when in was trying to oder my food stood in a line that was just me for 10min the girl at the register just looked at me like she didn't want to be there or didn't want to take my oder .......the place needs to be shut down there was no busy in the restaurant at all but me I felt so disrespected and disappointed with the whole experience at this location on N.w.expressway.
