Horrible Staff, it was a lady, I hope she is a manager or something, I ask for a cup of water and she said we don’t do water here, I never see any places they deny for a cup of water, it was a worst experience

12-9-25 4 pm Tuesday: came to one of my favorite chicken places Popeyes.

First time ever straight under cooked pink chicken, surprise they haven’t killed someone that’s dangerous.

Hope management cracks down that team cooking this , or at least crack down on the team there today on 12-9-25 4pm Tuesday.

I really only ever order a spicey chicken sandwich because the rest of the menu is a little expensive, but at $6.59 you cant beat it. The guy at the register was upbeat, friendly and delivered a fresh, good sandwich. The attached photo doesnt do justice. The piece of chicken was huge and taste great!

Ordered Uber Eats delivery. Half the order was completely missing. When I called to see what happened I was repeatedly interrupted, and eventually hung up on. I called back and it took several minutes before they finally picked up. All I got was excuses. All I needed was one basic apology, but this was just too much for this establishment. They hung up on me a second time.

If you look at my reviews you will see most of my reviews are 5 stars. I'm pretty easy to please because I never expect perfection, especially from fast food. But this was terrible.

Avoid this location, or at least check your order thoroughly before you leave.

I ordered 80$ worth of food for my family and absolutely everything was wrong or just missing. Bradley delivered my order cold and didn't even deliver my four drinks! I will absolutely positively NEVER order or eat from Popeyes again. I eat out almost every night for my family and honestly understand things happen but this was completely unacceptable. I called their number and they pretended to not hear me and hung up. Trust me, pass on this place, not worth the money, they don't get your order right and make NO attempt to listen. Terrible

Worst service from the employees there rude and have the worse people skills i ever seen. And got smart ass mouths on them also . Definitely can tell they hate the job. So on top of service sucking so did the food it was nasty and . I will never come back here. And tables was all dirty flat out don't go here .

Had a mess up in my order last night and no receipt and came back later in the afternoon the next day to get it fixed since no one answered the phone when I called. I see the guy that helped me last night and asked if I could get the stuff I didn't get, dude started getting a nasty attitude and started saying that I never even paid for them, ended up asking for the manager anyways. Said the same thing but was a bit more understanding. Quite disappointing, especially since they are so close too.

Oh Popeyes..how you disappoint. The chicken was dry. The biscuits were very hard (old?) and the rice in the red beans was dry and crunchy. The staff was slow.

The worker JAYMES on 7/10/25 was absolutely the most disrespectful and unpleasant worker in fast food I have come across in a long time. Didn’t act like he wanted to be there, very unfriendly, spoke with the manager, and he also was no assistance. If you can’t get staff that want to work there, you should probably close this location down. Customer service will wreck business. Won’t be back.

As soon as I walked I could smell the chicken. The skin is fried perfectly. The two gentlemen were kickin butt. The cook and the server were absolutely on point. I waited less than 2 mins, nice and hot. Best Popeyes I have ever had.

Closed at 9:00pm when signs said Closed at 11:00pm. Why would you do this at a 24-7 Truck Stop? Very disappointing.
