This is the second time we’ve come here in the last couple weeks, ironically the same manager and workers were there both times. We have a family of 5 so it’s kinda a big order but both times we ended up waiting over 40 minutes, then towards the end of the waiting time, when we’re finally like okay what’s taking, so long they tell us “oh sorry, we’re out of this or this” then they offer nothing for the super long wait …not even an apology for the long wait and what’s even worse we watch other people come and go with their orders! it’s very disappointing as we love Popeyes chicken! I guess we’ll just have to find a new location which sucks because we live like a block away from this one but oh well.

Thank you for stealing $30 from me and my niece because you decided to close your kitchen early. Went to pick her up after graduation and ordered online in your parking lot while we watched others come through and get food in your drive through. Only to have you tell us that you closed the kitchen early so we couldn't get our food that we PAYED FOR and that you had no way to refund us. Like seriously, what? So we're stuck with no food, no money back and a 2 hour drive ahead of us after we waited 30 minutes to order and get food. Went though your app to attempt to contact customer service like I was told I would have to do for a refund, which is also infuriating, only to be told they'd email us back in 24-48 hours. No real person to talk to, only automated. Honestly just hope you guys get shut down after this experience. -10 stars, crap management and service.

Went through the drive through to order Saturday night, attendant was not very friendly, chicken was not cooked enough for me, biscuit and side dish both cold.
I normally don’t eat out regularly and now I’m reminded why I don’t.

Not sure why it takes 20 minutes to pick up a door dash order. Actually I do. Nobody is working. Just standing around staring at the walls. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Menu said a biscuit & a side came with 6 piece boneless wings.
We got bones & no biscuits.
Employee said menu was wrong. My wings were buffalo. I ordered garlic. We exchanged them but no biscuit. For the price, that's ridiculous. The wings were stale. We'll never eat at this location again. We'd appreciate some coupons to use at another location. Horrible experience on Pennsylvania!

This is the third time I’ve been to this location and not once have they provided good service. The first time I was here I went through the drive thru during my lunch break, and once they took my order and I paid I was told to pull forward. I pulled forward and waited 20 minutes before I went back through the drive thru and they said “oh yeah it’s ready,” as if they were expecting me to know that my order was ready??? The second time was about 2 weeks ago, where I ordered for my whole family, and got large combos, which are supposed to come with large drinks and biscuits. I hadn’t noticed they gave me medium drinks until my family members pointed it out when I got home, they also pointed out that there were no biscuits given. I went back and got my biscuits, but didn’t care about the drinks. Today, I ordered and everything was fine. I’m thinking to myself “oh finally, just a normal experience with this place.” Nope. I get home and they gave me the wrong side. Idk what’s going on here with the service here but something needs to change, or the employees need to be more attentive. I can’t keep driving 15 minutes back and forth from my house every time you get an item wrong.

This particular location is awful. They have a bunch of teenage kids working there at night and they always get everything wrong and it's ridiculous. My chicken was rock hard, the bun was cold in the pickles were damn near soiled. The GM of the store really needs to open his eyes.

What’s new more incompetent workers in 2025, asked for a sandwich only and one blackened ranch sauce, tell me why I get charged $10 for a sandwich with a piece of chicken half the normal size and a water, no sauce, no napkins, no receipt, a sandwich with half the chicken and a lukewarm water. Blows my mind how there is zero competence with any of the fast food workers around this area. TRY please just TRY to do a better job absolute crazy work.

My son loved his honey lemon pepper wings. I ate my beans and rice, but I ordered a three pc tender combo. I received bone in chicken that I won't eat. I didn't get a receipt or a helpful attitude either so oh well.

Generally enjoyed the food, and the staff. The building isn't dirty but the owners definitely need to update the interior and exterior. It's a shame the dine employees have to work in such a drap environment.
