Why is it that they don't hour advertising 🤔 They have $6.00 boxes that don't say it has to be breast and wing only. We wanted dark meat chicken which is cheaper.

I'm surprised this spot hasn't been shut down. Instead they put new paint on the building but it won't change bad food & management.

I've only been here a handful of times and on every occasion, it takes at least 20 minutes to get your food via the drive-thru. Recently, I was told at the speaker that it will be "just a sec." I waited nearly 10 minutes only to be told again it will be "just a sec." Needless to say, I and several customers behind me all drove away.

If I could leave zero stars i would. I asked for if the strips i ordered were fresh. The employee said yes they were cooked 5 min ago. That was fine for me. I took the food back to work to eat. I bit into the strip and it was as tough as beef jerky. I put them back in the box to return. They tell me it'd be 10 min. No apologies. All of them just started speaking in spanish and then told me they told me before i couldve waited for fresh food. They did NOT because ive had no problem waiting in the past iff i have the time and i did have time before i returned to work and had to come back. I left my drink at work and they told me since i didnt bring the drink back they couldn't give me a full refund. There is ZERO reasons to not have fresh food at 12:00pm. That is lunch time for most. There needs to be better management of these locations. Upgrades dont matter if the food and service are poor.

I hate to be vulgar but y’all have the dumbest group of kids working here with no accountability being held for their mistakes. The kitchen is visibly a mess and they spend their time giggling and ignoring customers. I’m all for having fun in the workplace, I’m a young adult myself but we have to teach our youth the proper work dynamics and how we should treat guests. Be prompt, and be kind.

I waited 18 mins for my order and I got home it was still wrong I ordered a breast and a wing with mashed potatoes and got a leg and a thigh I have been calling and the phone is just ringing no one is answering the phone
