Came here for a late Sunday dinner and was pleasantly surprised. My food was made within minutes of my online order, packaged nicely, and everything was cooked properly and delicious!! Will be returning

Terrible service. I always come to this store expecting better service. Today I went to the lobby to place my order and the guy who was serving didn't understand me. I don't know if it was because he had his headphones on. I had to repeat my order several times and I had to wait 30 minutes for chicken because they didn't have any. It's always the same. They never have chicken.

Sat in the drive through for 5 mins ordered a large 5pc tender meal and got a medium with only 4 tenders that were all the size of my pinky. Complete waste of time and money

terrible service. all the workers seem unhappy and they don’t greet anyone until they’ve been standing there for several minutes.

This location always seems to get it wrong. Was missing a side of red beans and rice, decided to come back and get it. Sweet tea also tasted pretty odd, like honey water? But they wouldn't answer the speaker box 5 minutes till close. I get it, but also if you close earlier than 11pm, you should update your hours, or at least answer the box to tell me you're closed. So what your kitchen is closed, you can still offer me a refund.

I've also had an issue where they told me they were closed but I forgot what time it was as this was months ago, maybe 10-10:30pm? Either way, no other fast food place does this.

I've had issues like this at this location before, and the quality of the food at this location is not good, so I probably won't be back. I don't know how this location still has customers.

The Mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting. It was spoiled and tasted like rotten milk.

They were busy but when we got our food, it was fresh. They was a mix up initially, but they fixed it.

The management here Saturday around 2 were extremely rude. I asked for 3 chicken sandwiches combos with 3 large Dr peppers and fries (a simple order) and when they gave us a small drink I said that I asked for 3 larges, to which he replied by trying to gaslight me saying I didn't order a large. I get it that he may not have heard me but I feel as though he could have handled it by suggesting I pay for the large (which I did) or just replacing the drink with what I ordered instead of just insisting that I hadn't ordered it. The restaurant wasn't even busy at the time.

I kid you not every single time I try to give this location a chance I receive the absolute most dog crap service I’ve ever received at any fast food place. Whether it be attitude, messed up orders, so on it is absolutely ridiculous how bad it can be simply trying to order a SIMPLE order here. Today I went in for last minute dinner through drive through and I literally had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker and then again at the window and they STILL got it wrong. I even told them my receipt was not what I ordered and they told me it will be correct and it still was not correct when it came out. When will a true adult step in and knock some sense into this crew?!?

The restaurant is run by an unmanaged, immature staff. This location cannot be owned by the same owner of the Northwest Expressway store. Zero standards and the employees aren’t even trying!

Made a mobile order for some chicken and was told to wait in parking lot, waited 45 mins, finally went inside and got food. They gave us the tiniest “tenders” in the world, forgot one of our fries with our meal too. Very terrible
