Highly recommend the heat pork bbq sandwich and the Oreo milkshake. My bro thought that it smelled like a urinal but I didn’t think it smells too bad. The cookies were not good. They have the best chips there - Zapps - but it was two dollars for like 20 chips.😭

I usually give restaurants multiple chances if I have a bad experience, because some places just have off days. I usually get the soup, but the quality is very inconsistent. One day it tastes like it’s been on a hot plate for hours, another it’s fine. Only fine, nothing special. My last straw was when I was eating my soup and had to pull a piece of plastic out of my teeth. Gross! Who knows where that plastic came from. Will not be returning.

Awesome sandwich shop!

The art of the toasty sub never goes out of style, and Potbelly has mastered that art!

The Veggie Melt is absolutely phenomenal, and it pairs fantastically with a side of Broccoli Cheddar soup or Mac and Cheese!

If you have a sweet tooth you need to satisfy, their cookies and shakes are excellent as well!

I also love the vintage vibe and atmosphere here. It feels like you’re in a charming time capsule celebrating a great period of pop culture!

My family and I arrived at the establishment and waited over 10 minutes for our order to be taken, despite being the only ones there. The staff member who noticed us waiting continued cleaning and completely ignored us. After growing frustrated, we decided to leave. I plan to call tomorrow to speak with someone about our disappointing experience.

🤮. Food arrived cold. Weird taste. Stomach is upset. I do not recommend this establishment at all. I spent over $50 for 2 sandwiches and 2 soups and it was a horrible experience.

Been seeing the place and decided to try it. It did not disappoint. My wife's and my sandwich were very good. Will come back. A little pricey, but overall great food.

This place is the worst! I witnessed the store manger Kaitlyn scream at her employees on the line as she went to the back when they were busy. It took so long to get our sandwich and by then they were cold. I spoke to the manager and told her if she screamed less and actually helped then maybe they wouldn’t be so behind. Don’t get me started on the racism that goes on here as well. I’ve been told by multiple employees they over heard their DM Terry say “they only hire colored so the store can look more diverse”. To all my bothers and sisters I wouldn’t give any money to this business.

A girl named Haley was very rude and didn’t knowledge when I walked in and then when I ordered my food, she didn’t give me enough bacon on my BLTA It was more lettuce and tomato, then avocado and bacon. I paid for bowl chili they gave me a cup.Staff is just rude
