Little disappointed ordered BLTA and cup of chicken potpie soup.. the soup was good however my sandwich had barely and bacon and avocado just lettuce and tomato.. also added provolone cheese which cost extra and it was not on there.. I don't know if I'll be back for the sandwiches maybe the soup though

I’d avoid it. We went to order through the drive thru and were asked to come inside, we were forced to wait while the cars ahead of us got their food and then they expected us to park and walk in, while they left us boxed with a line of cars behind us, we could hear them saying the same thing to those cars during the busiest time at lunch. This place ain’t worth it with Schlotzsky next door.

I’ve ordered from here twice so far and I think this is my new favorite sandwich shop. It really runs with the best of em I think. Both times I ordered the half sandwich/cup of soup and it tasted fantastic and was reasonably priced. Steakhouse with the veggie soup the other day and Mediterranean with broccoli cheddar soup today. Wonderful lunches. Also so far the soups have really hit the spot. I’ve been looking for a place with a good selection of soups instead of just one or two options. I think they have 5 in all and a mac n cheese I’m looking forward to try. Can’t wait to go back. Love this place.

Food is always good here, but the respect isn’t. I had an issue with a Door Dash order and was calling to get it resolved. The issue was not really Pot Belly’s fault but when I called to get it resolved, I was hung up on before I was done asking my questions.

the commercial I saw that led me to go to Potbelly sandwiches was so impressive. The food looked wonderful! The first time I went nothing was right except The one side of chili. We didn't get it. The sandwiches we got were both wrong. I couldn't eat mine because there was extremely spicy stuff on it and I can't eat that. I also paid for extra cheese which there was none. So 2 of their big subs and 2 sides with chips cost over $70. That is an insane price especially if they give you a replacement order that was also incorrect. Also, the manager said she'd return my money. She gave me $30. I will NEVER go there again! It was meant to be some nice and for a friend that helps me a lot but nothing he got was right either except his bag of chips. They couldn't do his right the 2nd time either. Plus the food you do get whether it be right or wrong is completely gross. it tastes terrible! The Fact they charge that amt they do is robbery.

I had an avocado turkey breast Swiss cucumber sandwich with a broccoli cheese soup and an apple caramel cookie and sweet tea. It was delicious but I wished the soup had more broccoli pieces.Vegetarian options: Veggie melt
