I finally got a chance to try Psycho Taco. They did not disappoint!! There were a lot of choices but I went with The Tasmanian!! It was awesome!! It'll be hard to choose between trying something new or getting that again! The corn was good but a little spicier than I like. I used it as the dip for my chips and loved it!! I can see me going out of my way to visit them again if they are close to my location!!

I was super excited to stop at this food truck tonight at Riverwind but I was sooo disappointed! The pork taco was awful! No seasoning and tastes like it was boiled in the crockpot. Just awful!

Had the pleasure to try their food at Guthrie's Red Brick Night on 8/5. Ordered their chicken fajita nachos which were amazing! Huge portion with plenty of questions, fresh jalapeños, Pico de gallo' shredded cheese and other good things. Maybe a tad light on the meat but I didn't mind. Staff was warm and friendly. Would definitely order from them again.
