Went to Pub W with a total group of 12 and the service was superb, great tasting food, which made for a nice place to hang out with friends and enjoy the evening.
I don’t know the name of the young lady, who with help by others, waited on the group but she along with the people who assisted her were great hosts and the manager dropped by to insure our group was satisfied!

Half empty restaurant but can’t get sat until half of our table gets here. Weird. Best part was they sat us right next to the hostess table where we had been standing the entire time since we weren’t allowed to be sat.
Packed restaurant? Sure. Tons of covers? Okay. Empty restaurant? Sit the table…
Service needs help here. Our table service itself was bad too. Hard to eat appetizers without plates! Always set plates out after a table orders appetizers. Not when you are serving the food, or after. Hot food is meant to be ate hot. That warm.
This location can use some basic service industry touch ups.

I have been going here for years. Never had a problem until tonight. Was told after 2 beers and 1 shot I needed to buy a main course meal before I could be served anything else. When I asked for a manager… I was told no problem and that the waitress didn’t want to wait on me any further. One of my favorite places that I have spent a lot of money at that I will never ever go back too.

1st time visit, and will not be the last. I can not believe they were not busier than they were. From the time we walked in till we left, every interaction was good. Smiles, pleasant, professional, just down right friendly. Now for the food. It was delicious. Nachos, Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Spicy Shrimp Tacos, and the Chocolate Cake.

Such a fun unexpected stop before heading to OKC airport. The service was the friendliest most attentive of any restaurant I’ve been to recently. 10 star service! Food was excellent. Squash hush puppies!!! Get them!!

Haven't been here in a few months, but I can tell changes have happened. Harrison, the food and the drinks were outstanding. I had the baked salmon with the New Fashion. My wife had a jalapeño cheese burger and the Smokey Old Fashioned. The drink was HEAVENLY! Will definitely be back!
