The queso y jalapeño pupusa was so fantastic. Great value for the price too, lots of filling. I absolutely adore their curtido. You can tell everything was made with love.

Authentic pupusas for sure . Brung my gringo friend who’s never had pupusas and he was amazed! Hit the spot with just 2 they are a bit bigger than hand sized and priced very reasonably!

I used to love pupusas from el pulgarcito when I first started coming here. The food was great, and I really enjoyed it. But I stopped going because the pupusas don’t taste the same anymore. It’s like they water down the cheese or mix in milk to stretch it out. Also, be aware that if you tip on the bill, the waitress doesn’t actually receive it. If you want to make sure your waitress gets her tip, leave it in cash.

The food is very good. It's fresh when you order. The only thing I would say is for the chicken pupusas. They need to watch and pay a little bit more attention to getting all the bones out the chicken. But overall very authentic!
