ZERO stars*** not the staff but for little BRYAN Do not eat here if you want to choose what youu want. BRYAN likes to make “executive decisions” to put meat that is less expensive and was not ordered on 2 bowls cause “they were out at the time” I called and he wanted to argue with me and laugh about how he chose to put the wrong meat instead of asking me to wait which I gladly would have instead of losing Money. Very unprofessional. Will not be back. I know chipotle won’t let that happen! Also very childish behavior from the Manager BRYAN to call back after I argued with him about my damn bowl.

I usually don’t write bad reviews BUT this particular restaurant is in need of it! My family and I are regular patrons of Qdoba and we always order a rice bowl with white rice, steak, queso on top, and a side of queso with chips. The main ingredient (rice) is the very thing that we have a problem with. EVERY TIME we visit this restaurant we feel like we’re begging for what we deserve. We have understood if you get more than 2 scoops of steak or queso it’s an extra charge. How can you want to charge us extra for a scoop of rice when we didn’t get any rice in the first 2 scoops because the rice is SO overcooked it’s sticky and stuck to the spoon? We know that most people have the mentality that the customer is always right. My family and I have the mentality that we just want what we are paying for. Needless to say we WILL NOT be visiting this restaurant again!

The cashier that I worked with did great. The food was good and I had no complaints about the food that was provided to me. The reason for the negative review is because of the Cook in the back screaming hateful comments about trans people they were also shouting, political gibberish, loud enough that you could hear them from the door to the restaurant
A heads up on what has jalapeños in it when asking for not spicy three times. Feels like either they don't know what's in the food or don't care. Either way, won't be back here.

I will come here 3 times a week usually. I will get the ala carte burrito. It’s fantastic everytime. Today I was curious if they do it with Chips nothing was said and the person on the line made it. Then when it went to the cashier they tried to charge the full price while I was happy to pay if the informed me at making. But they did not. This isn’t the first time it has happened. The service is usually pretty solid but catch them on a busy time the service is down right kinda mean. Dismissing and big sighs

I recently visited Qdoba and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was served promptly. The food was pretty good, with a solid variety of options to choose from. However, I did notice that everything seemed to be a bit on the salty side, especially the guacamole, which was a little too heavy on the seasoning for my taste. That said, the flavors were still enjoyable, and the portions were generous. Overall, a good meal with great service, just be aware of the salt content if you’re sensitive to it!

Every single time I come by on a Sunday morning those 3 women at the front always ration the portions down to barely anything. For the burrito to be mainly made up of tortilla, rice, and half way full is unacceptable. I don’t mind paying extra for extra protein or anything else but for my burrito to be the size of my hairclip is insane. I was then told that I had to pay EXTRA if I wanted a decent portion and I didn’t bother fighting it due to being in a rush.
