QDOBA Mexican Eats

Generally I love this Qdoba but it’s happened twice now where I am ordering and something is added to my bowl I didn’t want. Mistakes happen and that’s fine but telling me I’m going to get charged for two bowls if they remake it? When the order was messed up by staff? Super disappointed with the customer service.

7002 Northwest expressway does not give you full portions of anything, i wish I had I taken a picture of my bowl. I ordered a burrito bowl and it looked like it was made for a toddler. I barely got any chicken or rice.when I complained I was just looked at like I was crazy. They just wanna upcharge by giving small portions. I hate this location. Im going to purposely go back to the same location and provide video/pictures in my next review. Chipotle is better. They actually care about giving you decent sized portions. Shame on you QDOBA!

Ordered online for Curbside pickup, when I called to let them know I was there the male manager who answered the phone told me “it says online so you have to come in”. I explained that I chose Curbside because I have two toddlers in the car and he said “yeah”. So I unbuckle them from their car seats and drag them all the way inside, and explain again and even show them my receipt from online that clearly says Curbside, no apology, won’t even make eye contact. The correct way to handle this would have been to at MINIMUM have told me he will find out why their system is showing orders wrong. Poor management, this location is not going to do well with someone who lacks basic customer service skills and can’t even apologize or make eye contact.

Manager Bryan is trash and tried to overcharge me. When I made him aware of the situation she was absolutely rude and told me to leave and as I was walking out he repeatedly waved me off yelling Bye in front of a store of people. Very rude and unprofessional and embarrassed me the way he spoke to me in front of customers. I will never spend another dollar at this establishment and my kids eat there every week. I will go to chipotle or Taco Bell before I will ever eat there again

Wonderful location! Walked in and got a friendly greeting, employees were all very nice, portions weren’t skimpy and the food was good. Great staff here !!!

I came across a produce sticker mixed into the guacamole of my meal. This is very concerning and unsanitary. Are we to assume all the fresh produce is not washed and cleaned?!?

It’s been a week. I emailed as you requested and I’ve heard nothing back. Follow up and follow through.

I always get the same thing. Naked burrito inside of a taco salad shell with rice instead of lettuce and then of course build the rest as you want. Always fresh.

Workers refuse to let me order anything on a quesdilla except meat and cheese. Also refused to fill my chip bag more than half way even though i let them know it was for two people.

This location used to be good. The food is fine, when it’s right, but they haven’t managed to get a full order correct our last three times ordering so we’re done. Maybe pay your workers enough to give a damn.
