Way overpriced. I was told not to point at the food when the server spoke fast with a heavy accent.
She could not understand me that I could not understand her so I had to point at the food.
I had to keep asking for more of the vegetables.
$10 is way too much for a bowl of food when you could get considerably more at a buffet.

The ppl that work there are always rude. Iâve been over charged several times. Must of the employees donât know whatâs in each bowl. So they will over change for avocado to supposed to come in that bowl smh and it always smells bad in there. The food area is never clean

This isnât a burrito, this is a mini burrito thatâs 80% tortilla
Had to ask 5X for more food in my burrito while being argued with itâs âextraâ while the bin is 95% empty. Giving micro scoops of meat and reacting like youâre working hard isnât fooling usâŠ
I ordered a burrito and had to ask literally 5x for more⊠this is a âburritoâ you can literally wrap 3 times with excess tortilla.
I like the general manager she is nice but the Mexican lady on the front line is very rude and getting multiple bad reviews. My wives rice didnât even fill her bottom of the bowl. You canât be serious?

I used to eat here at least three times per week. Since the new manager, the bowls are 50% smaller. They fill the bowls halfway and throw the lids on them. It's not an isolated incident; this is the sixth bowl that is half size. I won't be eating here anymore. There is no value in starvation portions. If you have seen the portions shrunk by half, you need to leave a review because they are doing the same thing as Chipotle, another business that lost me as a customer.

Food was really good but I have to point out a few things..... we ordered bowls and noticed the older lady behind the counter was very chancy on the amount of food she put in our bowls. It was at least an inch below the rim and dippers used werent even a full dip. Our experience with other Qdobas is they fill their bowls....that's why we don't mind paying $10.or more. for a bowl that is a third full of rice and mostly vegetables. Rice and Vegetables are cheap so fill the bowl!.. I also have to mention that the bathrooms stink badly! Everything looks clean so I don't know where the odor is coming from..i thought it could be some sort of air freshener mixed in trying to hide an odor that only made it worse.

My special lady and I really like the food and staff at this location. Quick suggestion: Start offering grilled onions in addition to the fajita veggies as an add-on. Some folks like onions but not the bell peppers

Generally I love this Qdoba but itâs happened twice now where I am ordering and something is added to my bowl I didnât want. Mistakes happen and thatâs fine but telling me Iâm going to get charged for two bowls if they remake it? When the order was messed up by staff? Super disappointed with the customer service.

7002 Northwest expressway does not give you full portions of anything, i wish I had I taken a picture of my bowl. I ordered a burrito bowl and it looked like it was made for a toddler. I barely got any chicken or rice.when I complained I was just looked at like I was crazy. They just wanna upcharge by giving small portions. I hate this location. Im going to purposely go back to the same location and provide video/pictures in my next review. Chipotle is better. They actually care about giving you decent sized portions. Shame on you QDOBA!

Ordered online for Curbside pickup, when I called to let them know I was there the male manager who answered the phone told me âit says online so you have to come inâ. I explained that I chose Curbside because I have two toddlers in the car and he said âyeahâ. So I unbuckle them from their car seats and drag them all the way inside, and explain again and even show them my receipt from online that clearly says Curbside, no apology, wonât even make eye contact. The correct way to handle this would have been to at MINIMUM have told me he will find out why their system is showing orders wrong. Poor management, this location is not going to do well with someone who lacks basic customer service skills and canât even apologize or make eye contact.

Manager Bryan is trash and tried to overcharge me. When I made him aware of the situation she was absolutely rude and told me to leave and as I was walking out he repeatedly waved me off yelling Bye in front of a store of people. Very rude and unprofessional and embarrassed me the way he spoke to me in front of customers. I will never spend another dollar at this establishment and my kids eat there every week. I will go to chipotle or Taco Bell before I will ever eat there again
