We used to like this place. It was so bad last night we’re never going again. The table we were set at was dirty. The food was not tasty like it used to be. It was mediocre at best. They served a ton of food but bigger is not always better. The host we had was slovenly dressed and un-groomed. Lots of hair not pulled back or covered. The wait staff was friendly but that was the only thing good about the experience. I don’t enjoy complaining but we drove across town to eat here because it used to be good. Overall, ICK.

Our server Steven was very professional and personable. Our party of six was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail and his attitude-with all of the special requests we thru his way-his easy going attitude never changed!!
Had breakfast there two days in a row, and were disappointed with each. Pancakes were cold the first day, as was the toast. On the second day, we had to wait for oatmeal (just spoon it out, right?). Nobody seemed to care.

I got my order to go. I ordered chicken friend steak, home fries, biscuits x2. My potatoes were not cooked all the way and lacked seasoning, and my steak was covered with gravy instead of on the side, so it was soggy. I was not very satisfied with the processed steak, but the gravy made it like school lunch. I would not reorder. For $40 I expected a little more time spent in preparation /cooking and packing of my meal

This was my second business trip to OKC. And I was glad to be in an area close to the Quail Creek location. The food was GREAT, but the service and the staff were the REAL stars! My server Steven was AWESOME, and he even knew a little bit about my area of the country, (Alabama). GREAT dinning experience ?
Had an amazing late lunch with my sister. Got to give a shout-out to our server Kendrick. He was great, very welcoming and helpful. Gave us a personal experience for our first time time at the restaurant. Will definitely be coming again

Ordered food to go and paid over $5 to get half of a regular cup. When I got home, I didn’t get any pancakes or bread that should’ve came with the meal. The hasbrowns were rubbery which is not what I’m used to eating at this restaurant. Not a happy customer especially on a week night.

I eat at Black Bear Diner fairly often. Their food is always delicious and the menu has a lot of variety. But the very best part of dining there is the customer service provided by Justus. She is an excellent waitress and takes wonderful care of the customers. She is one of those people who puts a smile in your heart because she has such a positive attitude. I would eat there because of Justus but the food is amazing too.

Morgan did a great job handling everything! She was even able to get a baked potato out quickly and before 4. The food tasted amazing and it came out quickly, sometimes loud families were here but it was the people not the restaurants fault, overall everything was great and I would eat here again. 10/10

Kid-friendliness: It’s very family friendly and a good pick for everyone. I didn’t hear a single swear while I was here.
