I've never had a bad experience here. the staff and the good are always awesome
We had a wonderful experience at Black Bear Diner on Memorial in NW OKC. Our server Sia, was absolutely one of the best servers I have ever come across. You are lucky to have her.The diner was clean, everyone was very welcoming and the food was excellent. I give you a 10 plus rating!

My husband and I went for our anniversary. The staff was nice enough, just not as attentive as I expected. We had to wait around to pay our bill - and they weren't very busy.
We really enjoyed the food though, so we plan to go back.
