The employee was mean and 😩 my birthday so sad
I had a terrible experience there today. I went to a pick up a cake I had ordered and paid for that was supposed to be ready at 1. When I walked in at 1:15 they looked at me blankly. They never said they had lost the order but said said it would take 15 or 20 minutes and I should wait. I had someone in my car who needed to be in a meeting in Midtown at 1:30. I said I would be back and wanted to confirm it would be done by 2 since it was for a party that afternoon.
