Ray’s Chicken Kitchen is fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made to order, which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent—friendly and attentive throughout the entire experience. The prices were very reasonable for the quality you get. Overall, a great spot for delicious chicken. The chicken has been going down hill the last couple of times I have been here it's nowhere as good as the truck ... The chicken has been burnt and hard to bite through. It seems as if they make a bunch of chicken at one time then refry to heat it up although it was lukewarm at best .

Did not receive a text when our food was ready, someone eventually brought us our food in to go containers and the food was cold. Told the employees and they act like they it wasn't a big deal. Last time coming here
I wanted the chicken and waffles but the waffle iron wasn’t working but my kids got tenders and fries. If you like hot hot hot food then checked them out

The food at rays chicken was phenomenal. I had the bumblebee chicken with fries and my wife had the chicken and waffle. The Parlor building concept with all of the restaurants was brilliant. Something for everyone, and seating everywhere you look. We are going to try the outside seating next time for sure.

You really can't get this kind of flavor, consistency or amount of delicious chicken anywhere else in OKC. I'm shocked that this place doesn't have better reviews. They must be confusing it with a different joint.
