I was looking forward to dining here, as I had never been here before. From the moment I approached the counter to order, the middle aged woman who took my order was incredibly rude to me. I was polite to her and didn't know why she was being so rude to me. I told her it was my first time there, so she would know I wasn't familiar with the menu. She made no effort whatsoever to tell me more about anything special on the menu and appeared visibly irritated even to speak to me. I should have left at that moment, but I stayed against my better judgement. I didn't want to even leave a tip after the way she spoke to me, but I did still leave her a 15% tip. When my order was ready, she had given me the wrong side item, as she wasn't listening. When I returned to tell her that I got a wrong side item, she began to speak in a rude, hostile, loud, and condescending manner to me, trying to tell me this is what I ordered. I ordered with my spouse, and we both clearly heard him request a different side item. Then to make matters worse, she continued to speak to me disrespectfully, telling me she couldn't take back the wrong side item she gave me. I understand since I carried the tray, she wouldn't be able to take it back, but there was no need to be rude. She eventually did give me the item ordered, but her attitude alone ruined my meal. I just couldn't understand why this woman was being so rude to me. I've never been treated so poorly at a restaurant in Oklahoma. I thought it was because of my race, but there were others there who were not Caucasian. The food was overly salted and the service was extremely poor. I will. never be back and will be sure to let all my friends know as well.

I cam here on Friday night, the drink system was broken yet they keep selling softdrinks. They expect you to wait in line at the bar. Terrible customer service

I showed up a few minutes before closing time and he told me sorry. I'm out of everything for the night and I said that's fine and as I was turning around. He called me over and said here take this. It's the rest and I'm pretty sure it was his dinner and he gave it to me and insisted I take it then said enjoy. I'm sorry I couldn't have any more chicken ready for you ...and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend to anybody

Well first time here, we had a great experience eating here at Ray’s Chicken Kitchen wow yes, let start saying that the place is lovely, located on the second floor, and clean, neat, organized. The food was prepared right there, everything was fresh and hot, the okra was delicious and crunchy and fresh. The fried Okra was amazing. Now let me tell you about the chicken tender ???they were tender and juicy and they were fresh and hot you could see the steaming coming out of them. Yummy that was chicken breast and the Nashville hot Tenders were well cooked and seasoned , full of flavor . The sauce was on point blue cheese was extra chunky. My son loved it .

We loved the fried chicken and waffles with the best customer service.
I thought the breading was too crunchy and the chicken was too tough. The fries are the complete opposite - soft and mushy. I tried it again more recently and would have to say it’s still the same, so it’s consistent.

We came to a local event where chef rays food truck was available. The two guys running it had horrible attitudes. The line for their truck in particular was one of the shortest and we repeatedly overheard the dude inside complaining about it never ending. They were very short with us when we were ordering and seemed bothered by our supporting their business. Food was average. Fries were soggy and burnt.

Nice area upstairs, clean, friendly, food was really good! Fries could have been hotter and needed more bananas in pudding. Extremely tasty though! Definitely go again! You get a good portion! I tried the Alabama White sauce, sooo good!!
This Chicken dish (Luigi)is one of the best. It looks as good as it tastes. And the banana pudding is stellar.

Wife and I had lunch at the Parlor today. We got items from Ray's Chicken Kitchen, and they were heavenly. Good, hot, fresh, juicy chicken. The alabama white sauce is lovely, and they don't skimp on the horseradish. The okra were delicious, and the portions were generous. We will be back.
