I usually love this place. but today when i went for lunch, the guy behind the counter charged me for 2 drinks and when i asked about it, he basically waved me off and said he would have to call someone about it because he doesn’t know how to deal with it. which i think is very unprofessional and wrong because he said, and i quote “that wasn’t a good catch” referring to double charging me. I have no way to complain about it or get my money back so im leaving this review.
Rays chicken has the BEST chicken sandwhich I have ever had. It's the blue ribbon chicken sandwhich and if I lived closer to it I'd have it everyday. Their Ocra is delicious without any dip and their coleslaw is amazing! They always give us great service even when it's super busy. One of me and my husband's favorite places to eat!

? Incredible!?Ray’s Chicken is served fresh and hot. The sauce I had (Korean) was perfectly spicy without being too over the top.I had fries with my chicken, they were hot and crispy and had great flavor as well. ?I didn’t get to try the banana pudding when I visited but word on the street is it’s amazing. ?Ray’s is on the second floor of Parlor (I didn’t know it was there for the first couple years Parlor was open) and is worth making the trip upstairs!

I tried ordering 2x on ole, one via app and second via website. Arrived and explained the scenario in case they wanted to know and the guy, turns, calls for someone else to take my order. No apology. I confront the guy and said aren’t you going to address what I just told you and he said “what do you want, that’s Ole’s problem not ours.” I said well considering you could have used Uber eats or grub hub or Postmates and I couldn’t order YOUR food it is your problem. So then he sarcastically said “you’re right, whatever you need to hear.” Big j**** And he was the manager I believe. Didn’t trust my food wouldn’t have a loogie on it after that. Don’t recommend this place!

Love going to Parlor and Ray's is my favorite. Level 2 for them is a 7 compared to others. Have amazing dipping sauces and the chicken is always juicy. Fries are deliciousParking: Limited number of parking spots in the lot. There isn't much parking available directly around
Soggy cold fries soggy toast which was the butt of the loaf and 3 tenders for 17$ the chicken itself was good but don't recommend the Nashville personally the original and the honey bee are good

Pretty cool place, but the food isn't made to order. They batch cook their chicken and fries so it's not the freshest tasting and it wasn't all that busy. The flavors were on point and the chicken wasn't over cooked so I'll give them another chance.
