Connie is one of the best waitresses! We absolutely adore her. Ray's is a mom and pop diner. You can get a little bit of everything on the menu. Plus, they are reasonably priced. Definitely worth checking out.
If a basic breakfast in one of those little hole-in-the-wall places is what you want, then you'll find it at Ray's. It's one of my favorite places for a good solid basic breakfast. Staff is always very nice and have never had a bad experience there.
Best service I have had in a long time. Rays has the best wait staff. If I am ever in OKC again this is the place for a excellent breakfast.
