Food was disgusting and pretty much all went in the trash can. The employees are always in the back, and you have to call while waiting in the dirty lobby to be acknowledged over the loud music in the kitchen. A greasy coin toss of either bland or WAY over seasoned, try-hard versions of Chinese staples (like adding enoki mushrooms to random dishes just because?), or "egg rolls", that aren't egg rolls at all, but oversized greasy fried burritos stuffed with unseasoned pork and NOTHING else. Was so hoping to love this place, but unfortunately I won't be back.

We finally tried this place yesterday but not big fan of how they pack the Togo dishes into the small containers! I hate my foods got too squeeze and all the crunchy came off! (Fried tofu and some chicken coatings). Probably we won’t be ordering them again. Price is pretty high for that quality, I go to Chow’s

I wanted to like this place but I didn't really enjoy the food. It looks like they use quality ingredients, the Lo mein was great, but the chicken fried rice was burnt and bland, and the chicken that I ordered looked nothing like the menu picture. The service was good so I'll give it another try in the future

Great service, but the food was disappointing. Ended up throwing away everything except the lo mein. Ordered honey walnut shrimp and it came plain with cashews instead. Very greasy as well. Hoping it was an off night.

Awesome food from start to finish! Beef Chow Fun and the Egg Drop Soup is the winner for me.They can also make anything spicy, but be careful, it is very spicy!!!!

I want to give this place 0 stars, but that is not an option. The entire experience of this place was terrible. The pick up location was filthy and operated by employees who know nothing about the business or even what menu items are available (because the cooks evidently get to decide what they want to cook or not each evening). Out of the three soups offered on the menu, only 1 was actually available. We had ordered the other 2 soups, but those were replaced with the only soup they had apparently cooked tonight and the order was downsized. You can tell that the sauces are made from scratch because they are all disgusting. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like orange juice. The general nam’s chicken sauce was nothing more than piles of chili garlic sauce from the bottle. The lo mein sauce was 90% oil. Egg rolls were $2 for an order of ONE. The only thing I could taste when eating it was the soy sauce I dipped it in because it was so bland. I am horribly unimpressed with the service, quality, and existence of this “restaurant”.

I just read through the reviews and I have to say I don't agree with the bad reviews. This place is so BOMB! We had spicy combination rice and peppered steak with veggies...I have never eaten at a Chinese place that had so much flavor! Egg rolls were very tasteful and all of this coming from someone that is very picky when eating out and trying new places.

Placed a to go order for a beef fried rice and a combination noodles. Once I got home I discovered they gave me beef noodles and a combination fried rice. I called and spoke to one of the manager/owners and told him about the mistake. I also let him know I lived too far out to come back out. His only resolution was to get me another rice at a later date. My issue is that the whole order was screwed up. Why would you only fix part of my order and not the whole thing . Very disappointed in the customer service and wouldn't feel confident ordering from them again.

very underwhelmed by this place :( i was definitely looking forward to a new place around! unfortunately, the orange beef was no good, the breading fell off completely and just didn’t taste the best, it was very bland. the sesame chicken was much better, but still a little disappointing. the pork and cabbage egg roll also wasn’t very good! the sides however, were delicious! the lo mein is amazing! the fried rice is also pretty good!

I wanted to love it but it was just okay. I had no issues with the portions. They were actually a good size. Ordered vegetable egg rolls- not sure what those were but they weren’t eggRolls. Some tiny little two bite thing that couldn’t pass as an egg roll. Fried rice was good. Honey walnut shrimp was disgusting, overcooked and covered in grease. Hawaiian chicken sauce was sweet and sour with more sour than anything with a few big chunks of pineapple. Not good.

Great food. Best fried rice I have had in a long time. Very big flavor. Even with a long drive home, everything was still very hot when I got to sit down and eat. If you are looking for a great place to grab some quick food, I would highly suggest seeing Nam and his crew.

Great food! The General Nam's chicken had a great flavor and the egg rolls were FANTASTIC! 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been there 3 times since they’ve opened and can’t wait to go back. The chicken lo mein was super good, I’ve gotten that each time! the Mongolian beef is delicious, spring rolls…bomb!! Don’t sleep on this place!

The food is okay, but for the price I could’ve had much better food somewhere else. To make my experience worse, they told me it’d be ready in 15 minutes so that’s when I showed up. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my food.

Beef fried rice, broccoli beef & egg rolls are by far some of the best in the city. Hot and fresh every time. It’s a must try!!!
