All I can say is wow! I sat at the bar and had the most amazing experience! From her big smile and friendly greeting to the thank you at the end of my meal Emma was absolutely spectacular! She knew the menu inside and out. I asked for sauce reccomendations for the hushpuppies, and while they are fantastic on thier own, her reccomendation for the tarter sauce to go with them was spot on! My meal was served on a hot plate and was timed perfectly. Her attention to my drink nearing emptiness could not have been more perfect. It's obvious Emma is a seasoned professional and a master at her craft. She is a gem and made my dining experience a wonderful one!

Server was very professional, detailed and attentive. Food was hot and delicious server often checked on the table to ensure I was satisfied with everything. Very pleased how every single dish on the admirals platter that I ordered was hot usually one or two of the items aren’t hot, but not the case this time extremely pleased with this afternoon‘s lunch. Tawny was a very good server.

Malcolm was such a pro at accommodating our seating request. But Grace truly was a master of service. She was bright, brilliant and truly attentive. This was by far some of the best services I have EVER had at Red Lobster 🦞
We have a table quick but they take forever for the food to come like 40 minutes later ,we were about to leave, then they brought the food, the lobster and crab legs were kind cold,the brócoli was raw, the chowder was plain,the rice has no flavor, the coconut and garlic shrimp were the only thing that was good,I hope the owner reads this review and makes the changes to improve the service and the food.
