The NW OKC Red Lobster served my family a wonderful Sunday dinner. The restaurant was clean, plenty of servers. Our food was hot and the biscuits were fresh. Waiters filled our drinks and gave our birthday girl a scoop of ice cream on a beautiful plate of chocolate and caramel. Everything was great. They left us alone to talk after dinner. It was a wonderful evening.

It's a little old hasn't been updated in years bathroom faucets detaching from sink, toilets were like visiting an elementary school, over all needs to be updated

Parking: Most of the parking was on the east side of the building, and in the back,it was very windy and had to walk to the only entrance in front of the building which was closer to the front sw side

Everything’s a little slow in regards to service, as it’s busy due to dinner time right now. However, I was greeted with a smile, encouraged in my treating myself this evening, and the food’s delicious!

Parking: It was slightly difficult to find a parking place, but I found one eventually without too much trouble.

Kid-friendliness: I don’t have kids, but it seems very kid friendly, with booster seats and everything.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t have a wheelchair, but the place looks very wheelchair accessible.

Came in the door and no one in front of us. Manager said a table was ready and wasn’t. So we had to wait. 4 more people came in. They took a group of 6 first. Group of 5 next. Another couple next and still waiting when we were the first ones there. Poor service from the start. Came to i240’s location and there were tables ready within a minute. Poor management leads to poor service with the rest of the crew. I240 is way better than this location. Very disappointed, usually have decent service.

Pam was clearly working her hardest keeping up with the 2 pm rush, however she never let it show in any way! She's extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, and an all-around professional! We were there for at least an hour and my friend was very needy. Pam didn't flinch a muscle. Her body language was cheerful and she wanted to please but was efficient. I rewarded her with a $40 tip! That's how much I appreciated her overall service! BTW, our bill was $50. Way to go,Pam. I hope your employer sees in you what your customers do! She's Earned a significant raise/ promotion!! She should train/supervise new employees!
