Had a wonderful dinner at Red Prime Steak, we had tamales for appetizers then. the aged ribeye and a filet with lobster tail and asparagus. It was all amazing and cooked to perfection. The server we had was amazing he kept checking in on use never let our water or wine get empty. Overall it was outstanding!

Our steaks were so good! Our waiter, Seth recommended my steak be butterflied to be cooked w a touch of pink. It was perfect! Our dinner was so enjoyable & the service was excellent. We had the french onion soup & crap cakes for starters. The french onion soup is some of the best I've had & will certainly order it again. My husband had the black peppercorn crust with his steak & will be back to order that with the horseradish sauce. I had the Red Prime sauce which I prefer. I didn't expect the roasted garlic but it was great on the steak. I wish I would have put some of it on the dinner rolls but we had already finished those off when our entrees arrived. If you enjoy steak give this restaurant a try.

Red Prime Steakhouse is one of my all-time favorite spots in Oklahoma City and truly never misses. It's consistently excellent in that classic, reliable way you hope for every visit—which is exactly why I chose it (again) for my New Year's Eve dinner. I almost always order the prix fixe menu—it's an incredible value for both the quality and the amount of food. Truly more than anyone needs, and I mean that as the highest compliment. The sea bass is buttery perfection and has never failed me, and I've tried nearly every side over the years... they're all winners. I loved getting to share one of my favorite places with someone who had never been before, and he was equally impressed—especially by the Wagyu skirt steak. The service is always spot on: friendly, polished, and never over the top. Gavin took wonderful care of us, helped pick great wines, and didn't bat an eye when I chose red wine with my seafood (thank you). I also love the newer half-glass and full-glass options—it makes building your own wine pairing part of the fun. People always ask how I can love a steakhouse when I don't eat red meat, and the answer is simple: the food, service, and overall experience just can't be beat. Red Prime remains one of my OKC favorites.

The food was not as good as it has been in the past. The wait staff was nice but seemed stretched a bit thin. As a general note to all wait staff in every restaurant on the planet, please stop using "we" and "us" when addressing patrons. Its weird and annoying. Our waiter or waitress is not part of our party but serving our party. Please use "you" or "you all" instead unless you also want to split the bill :).

Red Prime was a vibe! Everyone knows how great the dinners are and many are familiar with the happy hour deals that are amazing. But most don’t realize how amazing the upstairs is for a mid / large size group event. This was my second Christmas Party there and we had an amazing time!
