Great food! Great service! Haven’t been here in a while but we will come back.
The customer service was non-existant. No bottomless fries like advertised. After food was delivered there was zero follow up. Had to catch someone to get drink refills. Do not expect me back to that place.
Chose to get the teriyaki chicken sandwich. All other restaurants I’ve gotten teriyaki chicken at always grill the chicken that has been marinated in sauce. Red Robin just put a piece of chicken (no grill marks and not marinated) and poured a little bit of teriyaki sauce on the chicken and put a pineapple ring in it. Fries were not hot but were just ok. Disappointed in paying $15 for the sandwich I got.
