Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We used to love Red Robin but seems to be short staffed or something. We arrived for a late lunch and there were several unclean tables and wait staff seemed to be over booked as there were long delays on refills. However, she was as sweet as could be. I usually prefer less interuptions from wait staff, but I do desire a reasonable response when requesting refills. Sounds petty, but there are many dining options to choose from. Food wasn't as good as before, but I did try something different which may have been the issue. Lastly, it always seems loud. I guess I'm just getting old. Either way, this was my years of experience and I'm likely not their market demographic.

I haven't been to Red Robin in about ten years! We saw the $9.99 burgers & bottomless sides advertised and thought we'd give it a shot! All around 4 stars. Most of the food was great (reg fries, sauces, salads, burgers), but the sweet potato fries could have been more fresh/hot. The only thing that was slow was getting our check at the end. I remember not loving their fries years ago, but they have now got me hooked! Their seasoning and sauce with the fries was extremely tasty! We will definitely be coming back - a reasonably-priced, family-friendly restaurant.

Listen, it might be 2025, but RR is still rocking bottomless fries. The burgers are still amazing. A+

It was an ok experience and the food was mediocre. At the end of our meal, my friend asked for a diet coke To-go and the waiter brought a cup half filled. I've never seen that in my life and thought it was strange that we couldn't take a full, fresh diet coke with us.

Red Robin has great burgers, but I come for the fish and endless chips with hush puppies and cole slaw. Don't forget that onion ring tower also, 😋 yum.

Came in and sat in bar area. Was there 10 mins and could not get service. Girl at the had her back us almost the entire time. When she finally turned around and saw, but did not bother to acknowledge us and went back to whatever she was doing. We just got up and left. Will never return

Hated it,the server was rude from the beginning,lazy with her job to help me apply a coupon,I took one bite and lost my appetite from being treated so horribly,I could hear her talk bad clear as day.Tables and highchair were sticky and dirty looking.Never returning again. 0/10.

The burgers and sides at Red Robin are delicious! I really like the gluten-free options and customizations (even the french fries). It's so easy to order on the app, and pick-up is easy too.

First off, Kinley was an amazing server. Really, I've waited tables most of my life and it's not an easy job. She's top-notch. Barbecue pulled pork burger is out of this world. It's like a burger and a trip to the barbecue stand in one swoop. Outstanding.

We went red robbin 6 year ago in KS and kids went crazy ,because as soon as your fries finishes a new basket is already there,but here in oklahoma that thing didn’t happen this time ,we collected money so we can take the kids but we have to ask for the fries,and only got 4 basket each time while we were 7 ,they increased burger price too and totally cut the fish burgers from menu,last time they were so good and this time there was cord fish on a bun with lettece and tomatoes,they still charged 16 dollar for one burger .so i’m really disappointed in that.
