I ordered the Shortbread Chocolate dessert which looked fluffy on the menu, but when the dessert came it looked like a flatbread with a glob of thick processed ice cream. The waiter did give Me the option to switch out desserts for a lemon cake, but that cake came out cold and rock hard as if it had excessive baking soda added to it. 🥴🤢

Yummy yummy chitken. Is me had the chitkens so yummy, me hates breadings thos. Breading goods tho, super super yummyish. You should gets the the clucks and fris yummy tummy is full.

sat in the lobby for 40 minutes waiting to be sat, was acknowledged by the host and said there was only two of us. she proceeded to sit everyone else but us when we were there first.

Our waitress was wonderful and helpful as I couldn't choose between 3 different burgers. I chose the burger with the sunny side egg on top, which was hammered but everything else was heavenly.

Always an excellent go to, we've been there many times, not at this location, however this time around the food was even better than usually is, and my wife is vegetarian and she loved the options for her as well. Doesn't break the bank either, however some of the burgers could be less expensive, $15+ per burger is getting a bit up there.

Fries are way too salty. They put too much sauce on my burger when I asked for mustard and mayo. They got our order wrong and basically told us that no they didn’t and gave our food back. Still tasted good, but not great customer service on their part. I think that the food is way too expensive for what you get, but thankfully our meal was paid for with a gift card that we got from Christmas. If you’re paying yourself, go to S&B’s Burger Joint instead and you’ll be much happier.

Evwrytime we go here the food is great and the drinks are perfect everytime. I recommend coming and trying it! The BBQ burger and the beer cheese fondue burger is so good

Pros:
(1) Not crowded at lunch on a Saturday
Cons:
(1) Half the fish was normal and golden brown, but the other half had white soggy breading. Highly disappointing fried fish
(2) We weren’t offered refills on our bottomless fries, nor did any fries come out before our food, and our waitress never came by after taking our order for us to ask
(3) Prices are too high for the service and food quality of #1 and #2

Walked in to get a table, a family walked out because they were waiting at their table for over 30 minutes without being helped. Than another group standing at the host stand told us they were they for over 10 minutes. Not great service as soon as we entered the restaurant. Very unfortunate. We hope this can change.
