Most visits are great to Red Rooster, however this was an off night for service and food. We were sat on time and greeted promptly. After ordering drinks we ordered food only to be told on multiple items were not available. After making a selection of dinner choices the food came out quickly but was missing some items ordered, which came out later. The food itself was good, but cold. We did not see our waitress until they asked if we were interested in dessert. In addition, due to lack of the waitress checking in on the table, drink refills were not provided. Will try another evening and am very hopeful the previous positive experience returns.

My wife and son are Gluten-free and to see the smile on their face to eat fried chicken and steak was so emotional. They got dessert too. I can't thank Red Rooster enough!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free free options that are delicious!

I cannot recommend the Bison Steak enough! The food here is so good my wife (who is celiac) and I drove up from Dallas just to come back here!Excellent beer selection, the food is amazing, the s’mores dessert was to die for and their accommodation to gluten free is unmatched. The vibe is a lot of fun and my wife and I will definitely be coming back when traveling through OKC again.

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews and try to avoid it. In this case I made a reservation for 7:30 pm didn't get a table until 8:04. Then waited 10 more mins, with multiple waitresses looking at us while walking by, before having to go back to the host to ask if anyone would wait on us. Once we got someone to help us the food was good, though we no longer had time for appetizers or desserts without missing our show later that evening. I have eaten here previously and not had an issue so may have just been a bad night, but their ability to hold a reservation caused us to be slightly late for our show.

Cas & Eric are 2 of the best bartenders in OKC. The Red Rooster is an underrated spot in the Paseo district. Seasonal menus, great happy hour specials, and freshly made menu items - can't beat it.

This was my first time to the restaurant and our experience was terrific! I was already familiar with restaurant from catering experiences, also terrific. Lived up to my expectations and beyond. Fun

Our server was amazing! A seasonal blue cheese grits caught my eye and when I asked about the level of blue cheese (not a fan) she told me she thought it was barely detectable but if I did not like it she'd get me something else. I love grits and gave it a try...way too blue for me. She checked back and gladly brought me something else which was delicious!

Such a great neighborhood place. Lots of choices drink-wise (they’ve even made me like whiskey!).

Excellent food. Truly top notch ingredients. Slick service. Building is bohemian cool, but it was freezing inside. Also, portions are smallish. Definitely spring for appetizers.
