Food was great, service was awful! We were greeted nicely by Aaron, he asked if we needed any kids menus I said yes 2 of them, I told him we were a party of 5 2 adults and teenager and my daughter 9 and 7, we were told we could sit wherever we wanted, we took the big booth in the lower corner. Aaron brought 3 menus our drink order was taken right after sitting down, he asked if the girls needed kid cups I said only one, we ordered 2 cokes, 1 sprite and 2 waters, I had to pull up the kids menu in my phone as we waited for our order to be taken, Aaron never bothered to bring the kids menus or even mentioned them, he took our order after bringing our beverages, our food was brought by a lady with glasses, Aaron never came to offer us a refill or check if our food was delivered correctly. When it came time to pay he asked us from the middle of the restaurant if we were ready for our check I said yes, as he stood in the middle of the ramp that you walk to go to the higher level of the restaurant he asked me cash or card, I answered cash a few minutes later he brought the ticket to me, I was ready with a $100 bill to pay he stares and asked me how much change I wanted to receive back, confused I answered well whatever it is that needs to be given back, ( I had already prepared what I would give him as a tip separately from the $100) he looks at me confused and asked if I wanted my change back in ones or fives or exactly what was due, I said well just give me what’s due back he stands away from our table reaching into his left side pocket pulling out a bunch of money and only gives me 2 five dollar bills, mind you our ticket was $78 and change. I stared at me and asked if that was okay, I said no just give me what’s due I have your tip ready separately, he was confused and continued to give me a $20 bill after giving me the 2 $5 bills and then took it back, I was so frustrated with the whole situation I told him to just keep the change and we left. I can’t even put into words what I felt at that time , I mean for the waiter to want to tip himself when he didn’t even offer to get us a refill, wanting a $21 tip!!! the whole situation was confusing and out of place . Any other time I’ve been here I pay my meals and leave the tip on the table or I add it to the ticket I’ve never been held up for a tip like today. Not sure if I’ll be back or at least not in a long time. Ne of my favorite restaurants 😩

The pig man sandwich was awful. I'm not a complainer, however, this was downright disgusting. I had the burger from there the previous day, fantastic. The BBQ from the BBQ spot is disgusting.

We were really let down by this place. We are so low maintenance that's it's hard not to get 5 stars or a tip from us. The waitress just wanted to sit down at a table to entirety of our meal. It was v slow in the restaurant, seriously had maybe 5 tables. I had to get up to get our drinks, only then did she decide to do her job and fill the glasses, all water one coke. Our food was not great. All the sides were cold, fries, oinion rings, and the burgers, sandwich, and ribs were seriously cooled off enough that it felt cold before the 3 bite. The toppings on the burgers and sandwich were also upsetting. We've been the this place in our state and have had no issues at all. I still tipped! Not as much as we normally would just 5$ for our 2 meals. The other couple we went with, didn't i felt that was wrong even for bad service.

Usually we love Rib Crib, the ribs are great, the chicken is super, but today I had a burger--bland and tasteless. I will never order a burger from there again. It LOOKED great, but tasted like a ready-made burger from Walmart just thrown on the grill--not what you expect from a first rate BBQ rib place. I added salt (the pepper shaker was empty) and asked for extra pickles to add some zing to the burger.

We just dined in at RibCrib. We were greeted by the manager Jenna😊. We were seated immediately and Jenna made sure we felt welcomed. The store looked clean and had a positive vibe. Our order was taken and expedited quickly. The food was great and the cook did a beautiful job of plating it and it looked very appetizing. I am looking forward to dining in again. Thank you for the great service!

I always DoorDash and my food is ALWAYS great. I love the ribs and pulled pork(haven't had anything else but I will). Potato salad is phenomenal, the green beans are very well seasoned, the baked beans are perfect and the bbq sauce definitely compliments the dry rub and flavor of the ribs! Keep it up, Rib Crib

Went in to have dinner. Only one waitress (of course not her fault) she was great. Forgot some stuff but again was by herself. The one thing that bothered me the most was the food. Ribs and brisket were super dry was not worth it. Still have money left on a gift card but not sure if I want to go back cause of the food
