Went in to have dinner. Only one waitress (of course not her fault) she was great. Forgot some stuff but again was by herself. The one thing that bothered me the most was the food. Ribs and brisket were super dry was not worth it. Still have money left on a gift card but not sure if I want to go back cause of the food

Horrible. Sliced beef and ribs combo. The beef was hard, dry and had been under heat lamp too long. The two small ribs were “ ok “ Beans and pot salad containers were half full. Charged $25.00 I’ve gone to RC many times over the years. WOULD NOT Recommend.

Food is awful now and expensive! Ribs are fatty, Mac n cheese is terrible quality, the onion rings were black, and they no longer offer cheese fries on the to go menu as a side! $130 to feed our family! We miss the old rib crib!

To go order placed on site, took a Very long time approximately 18-20 min. The meat was a bit dry, but not as dry as the large order ( extra charge) of Mac and cheese .

Disappointed with RibCrib for Large Family Gatherings
I’ve enjoyed RibCrib barbecue as an individual meal in the past, so I thought it would be a great option for a large family gathering. For our event, we ordered two of the Super Packs with three meats. However, the experience fell short of expectations.
First, the website didn’t provide clear guidance on how many people each meal pack would feed, which was frustrating. I had to rely on Google to estimate the meat portions. The Super Pack claims to include four large sides, but the portion sizes were shockingly small. The “large” sides came in small cups that barely provided two portions each. When compared to other catering services, this was very disappointing. Typically, large sides from other places are at least a pint or more in size.
To make matters worse, we picked up our order late on Christmas Eve, so we had no opportunity to purchase additional food. It was an embarrassing and stressful situation to not have enough food for our guests.
While RibCrib might be fine for an individual meal, I cannot recommend them for large family gatherings or catering. If you do choose them, be cautious about portion sizes and plan for extra food. Unfortunately, we’ll be looking elsewhere for our next event.

If I'd known how the brisket was going to look like and taste like, I would've ordered triple ribs. I love brisket, but dang. I ordered the 3 meat meal and got 1 ribs and 2 briskets. The brisket was dry and old looking. I did not care for it at all. The ribs were decent. The Mac n cheese was very dry. The okra was good. If I was dining in I would've sent that brisket back. Def not worth the up charge.

Mrs Alvarez , I will not try this place again , I have told all my friends to go to Swaddley's for BBQ , this location is an embarrassment to the chain , north OKC is good and Edmond is very good . Lazy waitresses , dirty tables , dirty menu's , they need to fire everyone and start over !!
