James was our waiter and he was phenomenal. I called ahead to verify that they could accommodate my dairy allergy and he printed a special menu for us to follow. Service was amazing and food was incredible! Love the variety and the flavors were unmatched! The dama llama cocktail was also so yummy!
All the menu items we chose were delicious! That is why we keep coming back. This is a great place for sharing so you get to try lots of dishes! Great atmosphere and fun bar outside!
Food was amazing and the atmosphere was open and airy. The bartender was on point. Looking forward to next time.
The food here is always fantastic. The service, last night, was top notch. I can't say enough nice things about our server. He was so friendly and stayed on top of things the whole time. I can't wait to go back.
The wait to be served was far too long and my food order came out completely wrong. The drinks were the highlight, especially the espresso martini which was absolutely amazing.
We brought some friends from out of town to Riserva and had the best time. The food was absolutely 10/10 — every single dish we tried was amazing. We indulged in cocktails, starters, dips, a salad, and several entrées, and everything was perfect. Service was just as great. Andrew took wonderful care of us, Keith kept our waters full, and the manager even stopped by to say hello. It felt so warm and welcoming, like being a guest in someone's home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
The hummus is so good

OKC finally has a proper Spanish spot, and I couldn’t be happier. Riserva Bar + Tapas is tucked into Chisholm Creek with a cozy, intimate vibe and a killer view — the kind of place that makes you want to linger.
We kicked things off with the patatas bravas. Crisp, golden edges with that creamy, spicy sauce that hits all the right notes. Simple, yes, but when it’s done right it’s magic.
For entrées, I went big with the New Zealand lamb chops. Cooked perfectly — juicy, tender, and seasoned just enough to let the lamb itself do the talking. The pairing of labneh and molasses was genius, sweet and tangy against the richness of the meat. My partner’s jumbo scallops over risotto were equally impressive. Plump scallops, silky risotto, and the kind of freshness that makes you stop mid-bite to appreciate what you’re eating.
We shared a few cocktails, which were fine but nothing to write home about. Honestly though, the food is what steals the show.
Riserva feels like a restaurant where the chef respects ingredients and technique — every plate is thoughtful, balanced, and full of flavor. Next round, I’ve got my eye on the octopus and short ribs. And if they ever add a paella (or even just a socarrat-style rice) to the menu? Game over.

This is beautiful place with a nice patio. However we left. If you are expecting tapas, this place is not it. They do not have tapas, they have larger expensive side dishes.
What a wonderful surprise! This was our first visit and it was delightful. We started with the mezze dip trio - out of this world! I decided to try the Fattoush - amazing! The crispy quinoa was something new! My husband had the grilled Spanish octopus sans the muhamarra which is delicious and part of the dip trio but too spicy for his system! We will be returning!

Lamb kofta was NOT great. Hummus, cauliflower, chicken, dishes were good - the pita bread & drinks also. $$$
Came here for my birthday dinner and it was perfect. Great food, service, and experience all around. Will definitely be back.
The food was very good and the atmosphere is spot on, but the service was severely lacking. The hostess stood by a table of three boys flirting for over 20 minutes and our waitress never checked on us nor did she fill our drinks up until I got up and starting walking to the bar to get a refill. It was not crowded either, counting us there were two other tables with customers in the whole restaurants. Very good food, very poor service.

We dined on Wednesday night, it was quite busy. The food was good overall, but several dishes were very spicy, even for my husband who is a true chili head! The service was outstanding and the setting and ambiance were great. The menu could have a few more choices especially for appetizers and mains, that are not lamb and less spicy. There are several nice vegetarian options. The dessert options were limited, would like to see a seasonal dessert offering (maybe a fresh fruit based perhaps) we'll try Riserva again as the service and setting are great. We tried the lamb meatballs (were tasty but tough) the patatas, sweet potatoes, chicken kebab and diver scallops with Risotto.
Always have a great meal. They have amazing food and great drinks.
