I’m still on the hunt for the best bahn mi in OKC after visiting this joint. I had the lemongrass pork. The bread had a bit of a crunch but mostly felt like a deflated version of Cuban bread. Tony crunch on the outside on some spots but very chewy otherwise. The meat was flavorful but I almost tasted what felt like freezer burn on a few bites but overall has been the best meat flavor so far. The veggies were lightly pickled but crisp! Ever so lightly. (Too lightly for my personal taste) the aioli was a nice touch but most of the flavor came from the meat. The pricing felt a bit high for a sandwich of its size but given the trendy area and atmosphere what are you gonna do. I also had a Vietnamese iced coffee which tasted a little burnt. It was okay. Overall I wouldn’t come running back but I would stop on if I was in the area. The service was incredibly kind and welcoming and the bar seats was very comfortable.

My fiance and I lived in OKC for three years during my law school years. We found this place during my last year and we were so so sad it took us that long. This place became our favorite spot. We were here every Tuesday.We are now back in the DFW area and every week we miss our spot. Honestly, we are planning on driving 3 hours back just to have it again. It’s that worth it.We have tried for months to find a place like it in DFW area and nothing can compare!! Must try!
