I would be embarrassed to sell ice cream this bad. Ice crystals in every bite make it nearly inedible. The opposite of smooth and creamy, as it should be. The place was clean, and the service was good, though.

Walking around the Plaza District Festival and decided to get some ice cream. A lady recommended Roxys. I ordered the Chocolate Soda Float, Cream Soda and chocolate ice cream float. Was very tasty. Small shop but quaint like an old school ice cream parlor. Friendly staff. Quick service.

Unbiased opinion…all from personal experience. How can you not love Roxy’s?
My son got the Cookie Monster cookie sandwich and it was amazing!! The cookies were perfectly crispy and the ice cream was amazing! The girls were sweet as well.
Definitely give Roxy’s a try!

Great ice cream but the service is anything but great at the Plaza District location. We’ve been there four times and have always had the same level of service. It’s like they are irritated that you are there. It’s an adorable shop with great ice cream but the employees seem to hate their jobs and aren’t concerned that anyone knows it.

my most favorite ice cream spot! i live in norman and drive to okc just to indulge.

coffee & cream (pictured) is my most favorite ice cream flavor from here! perfect blend of coffee flavor and creaminess!

i also always pick up a pint of the mango ice cream because it is to die for. it’s so creamy and yummy and filled with the perfect bite sized mango pieces.

tried the sugar cookie for the first time and it was one of the best sugar cookies i’ve had in my life. will definitely be picking up more than one next time :)

This is usually our favorite ice cream spot. However, this location on NW 16th has disappointed us 3 times in a row. The service isn't very good. There are usually teenagers working that don't seem like they want to be there. Yesterday was Father's Day, and my husband wanted his favorite ice cream. We went in and were not greeted or acknowledged. Then, when we were ready, one girl took our order, and another began to fill the order and pass out the cone to the kids. I thought that was an efficient way to operate and was impressed. My husband gets ready to pay, and the cashier tells him that he can't pay with anything higher than a 20 dollar bill. He didn't have anything that low. He asks me if I have low bills. I check and tell him no. The cashier says with an attitude, "You don't have a card?!" I said, "I'm getting it out. " When the screen asked if we wanted to leave a tip, I declined. The cashier turned around and told the girl that I didn't leave a tip. What she didn't see while turning around being messy was my husband was putting cash in their tip jar. The keeps handing out the ice cream. Then, all of a sudden, the girl stops handing us ice cream and begins filling another order and handing the people behind us their cones. I said, "Excuse me." to get her attention. She ignored me and finished the other order. When I got her attention, I told her that I didn't get my ice cream. She said she knew. They ran out of that flavor, and somebody was getting more. We stood there waiting for a few minutes, watching her fill the other orders. She opens the freezer, scoops out some ice cream, then takes my cone to the backroom!!! 3 minutes later, she comes back with my second scoop. I have never experienced anything like this before. We will probably never visit this location again.
I recommend the location on NW Grand Blvd. They love their jobs and are glad that you came in.

Vegetarian options: The German Chocolate ice cream is a permanent item on the menu. The other options tend to rotate. So far, all the Vegan options are delicious.

Cute little ice cream shop. Ordered the S’mores Sundae. When I imagine s’mores one of the highlights is the chocolate! Unfortunately, the chocolate sauce it barely drizzled on top of the whip cream for the Sundae. I wish they were not so skimpy with the chocolate and put it on top of the ice cream like a normal sundae. Then the whip cream on top to finish. Okay sundae. Wouldn’t order again.

Been coming to Roxy’s for years. Hands down the best ice cream in the city. We will drive over 30 minutes just to get Roxy’s. As of 5/24/24, around 8:30pm I can say they have the worst staff they have ever employed. Not welcoming at all, never saw a single smile. Customers would say thank you and they wouldn’t respond. They were as cold as the ice cream.
