Roxy's Ice Cream Social

Took a break from work to come pick up some ice cream. I got there right at 12, the time it says they open. I see a lady in there cleaning up, spraying things. The door is locked. I wait until 12:05 before I decide to knock and ask what time I should come back. She said 12:15 unapologetic. I just went back to work. Wasted 10 minutes of my break.

I usually like the ice cream here but it is so hot inside, my ice cream melted so fast

Great tasting ice cream!

The store had a very vibrant color and appeal to it. There's a good selection of ice cream floats sodas and Sundays. The girl on the counter was quite friendly and knowledgeable. I got the s'mores Sunday and it was delicious. Everything was clean and organized. Look forward to coming back.

The service wasn’t good, the soda in our floats were flat, and the ice cream was frozen solid—definitely freezer burnt. I’m really disappointed.

I would be embarrassed to sell ice cream this bad. Ice crystals in every bite make it nearly inedible. The opposite of smooth and creamy, as it should be. The place was clean, and the service was good, though.

Walking around the Plaza District Festival and decided to get some ice cream. A lady recommended Roxys. I ordered the Chocolate Soda Float, Cream Soda and chocolate ice cream float. Was very tasty. Small shop but quaint like an old school ice cream parlor. Friendly staff. Quick service.

Place smells of chemicals, and the servers are bad at getting your order right. They also look like they hate working there.
