I tried the S'mores float. It was my first ever cream soda, and I was pleasantly surprised! It's actually really good.

Not open at 1230 on a Sunday even though posted hours say open at 12pm on Sunday. There were multiple reviews that had the same issue. But my family decided to overlook them and go off the positive reviews just to experience first hand the negative. If your posted hours aren’t conducive to your schedule than change your hours… make it make sense

1st time in.. Stood in line for 7 minutes the employees looked at a me a few times but never asked me
What i wanted to order or said anything at all, they even let people cut in front of me. Braums is right down the street so i went there and was treated like a valued customer. Braums has really good ice cream. I wouldn’t know if roxys does or not because the employees act like they dont want to do their jobs there. Before i left i actually went back to the front counter one more time for a minute to give them one more chance to get my business and still no one ever asked me if i wanted to order anything or even if i had a question.

Wife got a gluten free flavor in a cup, unfortunately it has the largest curly black hair I have ever seen. Please avoid this place. They did issue a refund. I watched them scoop the ice cream, which was a lady with blond hair. So this hair had been in there awhile…

Took a break from work to come pick up some ice cream. I got there right at 12, the time it says they open. I see a lady in there cleaning up, spraying things. The door is locked. I wait until 12:05 before I decide to knock and ask what time I should come back. She said 12:15 unapologetic. I just went back to work. Wasted 10 minutes of my break.

I usually like the ice cream here but it is so hot inside, my ice cream melted so fast

Great tasting ice cream!

The store had a very vibrant color and appeal to it. There's a good selection of ice cream floats sodas and Sundays. The girl on the counter was quite friendly and knowledgeable. I got the s'mores Sunday and it was delicious. Everything was clean and organized. Look forward to coming back.

The service wasn’t good, the soda in our floats were flat, and the ice cream was frozen solid—definitely freezer burnt. I’m really disappointed.

I would be embarrassed to sell ice cream this bad. Ice crystals in every bite make it nearly inedible. The opposite of smooth and creamy, as it should be. The place was clean, and the service was good, though.
