Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q

The food was absolutely delicious, as always — that’s why we keep coming back! Unfortunately, the service during our recent visit was very disappointing. The lady slicing the meat was extremely slow, and despite being a party of six, waiting over 20 minutes at the counter for our food felt unacceptable.

We love Rudy’s, but this experience left us frustrated. Great food should come with efficient service, and this time, it just didn’t. Hoping for a better experience next time.

I live in Tulsa, but every time im in OKC I try to go to Rudys. Stopped on my way back today and got a 2 test sandwich with jalapeño cheddar sausage and turkey. I decided to wait til I got home to eat to not make a mess, and this sandwich is absolutely delicious! Rudys never leaves a hungry stomach unsatisfied

They are friendly! Very professional and highly personable. Always a smile and friendly gesture. My favorite is the double, moist brisket sandwich.

They have some delicious Green Chilli with beef brusque. The chocolate pudding is phenomenal. Thanks for the experience

I can’t believe how much this place charges!!!!! For two 1/2 lb of moist brisket they were charging $15 each pound; it literally was only 4 pcs of brisket for me and four for my son, and that didn’t cover any sides. Everything was so small that I ended up leaving because I have a 9yr old son that would have been yelling how hungry he was an hour later. You can go right down to Swadley’s just a little bit down the road and get 2 whole dinners with sides and a drink for the $41 dollars they were charging just for the brisket a small potato salad and one drink. The servicer was very sweet but even she said she thought it was way over priced.

Can’t say enough good things about everyone at this location, staff, management, and regional management, always accommodating, always positive vibes.. Jazmin’s customer service is awesome, above and beyond upon my every visit, I’m a sucker for their breakfast burritos, I like to switch it up sometimes and indulge on a breakfast bowl, love the food, the people and their always welcoming atmosphere, keep up the awesome vibes everyone,

I’ve lived in Oklahoma for over ten years and driven past this area countless times, but I had no idea Rudy’s BBQ was here until a friend invited me. I was honestly surprised! The place is spacious with plenty of parking, and I love the rustic, countryside-style decor—it really gives it a welcoming vibe.
The food was good—maybe just a little bit salty for my taste, but still very enjoyable. What really stood out was the service. The staff were super friendly, and one of them went out of her way to make me feel welcome when she found out it was my first time there.
The prices are reasonable too, which is always a bonus. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to others!
