I normally never leave bad reviews but this place should not be called India Food, I have 2 Words Horrible Food no taste no flavor just Horrible very dissatisfied with quality of the food. I ordered Garlic Naan & if you see the picture this is not a Garlic Naan. I also think the Chef has no idea what he is making. I am sorry but I would never go back to this restaurant again

I order from them every single day when I’m in Oklahoma.I’m from London and I come to work here 2-3 weeks and then I’m home for afew weeks and then I’m back.I Literally order everyday the Iranian tea is spot on,the Alu protah and the lamb biryani.I’m from a traditional Indian family my parents both born in India I grew up on real real authentic Indian food,I grew up in west London where the Indian community is the same as the Mexican community in LA! We are every where!!I know my Indian food,99 per cent of Indian food in the United States is pure trash.Desi bits tho I take my hat off,not all dishes are the best but even the 3-4 I do eat they are fire are spot on.The lamb biryani is one of the best I’ve ever had,the chicken one I’m not to sure,it’s good but the lamb one sets the bar so high!

Not a bad Indian restaurant, but also not a great either. It has to do with their choices of products being used, possibly out of convenience but at the expense of taste? The chicken in the butter chicken was chicken breast. It was dry as one would have expected from this type of meat. Other restaurants use other chicken meat and the chicken taste much more moist, flavorful, and delicious. I prefer something else rather than chicken breast. The garlic nan was huge but so thin. It was alright. You couldn't really tell the difference between the regular nan versus the garlic nan. You may see other places that make nan bread smaller but thicker would have garlic or jalapeño inside the bread. The best thing about Saffron is the self ordering que which made ordering easy and quick. Every restaurants should have something similar.
Absolutely incredible food. Definitely our go to place for indian food in OKC. They recently introduced lunch specials, that is quick and great option when you are in hurry during lunch. Lunch specials are available during weekdays only. But besides that they have wide variety of vegetarian options from curries to dosas to biryanis to chaats. If you are looking for delicious indian meal, I cannot recommend them enough. Give them a visit and you will not regret it.Vegetarian options: They have large vegetarian selection

After almost 2 years eating and taking out from this place… I can say it’s the best in town. Quality is good on some items (chicken biryani, butter chicken and chicken tikka masala goes top). The lunch combo is the best and I hope they update their website to place order directly.
