I absolutely love eating here. I live in Arkansas and where I live we do not have this restaurant. Every time I visit my daughter in OKC I eat here. I always get the autumn salad wrap. It’s wonderful.

I ordered a BBQ Salad from this location and as soon as I almost finish my salad I find a dead bug in my salad. I won’t be eating here again. If you do decide to eat here be careful and check for dead bugs in your food.

I went for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I got the Cobb salad to be safe. It was not what I expected. It's a great portion that fills you up. The Arnold palmer with mint was delicious. I went back a few days later and tried the fajita salad. Again it was delicious. This is my new favorite place. I wish there were more locations throughout. I haven't had the wraps yet but they also look so good!

Just discovered Salad and Go here in OKC.... A wonderful healthy alternative to fast food. Customer service is always great we've been frequenting the restaurants for about a month now. If you are tiered of McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza Hut or other fast food joints that only contribute to bad health. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I hope they expand in the Midwest because I'm from Kansas City and would like to see a few of these back home. I appreciate this service so much. A TRUE GAME CHANGER.

I just left there @12:20pm and I purchased a fajita wrap and a basil lemonade inside of my wrap was avocado skin inside my wrap …. disgusting ? ? I will NOT be returning to this place again
