I absolutely love all the menu items at Salad and Go. We use the store at 16450 North Western and we could not be happier with the food quality and the service. I especially want to shout out to Billi and Piper for being so extraordinarily friendly and happy employees! I will definitely keep coming back

On 29 Aug, we visited and placed our order in the drive through. After arriving home, we found that we didn't receive any of the items we ordered, instead received someone else's order entirely. Contacting customer service, we were initially quite happy with the recourse after they reversed the charges to our card. About 3 days after that, someone reapplied the charges to our account. I had previously posted a 5 star review, but I removed it in light of this issue combined with several previous visits with particular toppings left off of our food.

We’ve normally had a great experience at Salad N Go, but the location at 164th and Western has terrible customer service. We arrived on Saturday night before they closed, and they said they would be right with us to take our order because there was another car being assisted in the next ordering lane. After sitting there for several minutes the other car drove off and it appeared she had not been served. We continued to sit there and then eventually someone came on the speaker and said they were closed. We both were obviously there before it closed, but the workers chose not to wait on us. This is very disappointing and we will not be back to this location.

Y’all have got to start reading tickets on orders. 9 times out of 10 my salad is missing at least one thing that I pay extra for.. it used to not always be this way but the last few months the service has gone downhill. I love salad and go and hope they do better!
