I absolutely love all the menu items at Salad and Go. We use the store at 16450 North Western and we could not be happier with the food quality and the service. I especially want to shout out to Billi and Piper for being so extraordinarily friendly and happy employees! I will definitely keep coming back
On 29 Aug, we visited and placed our order in the drive through. After arriving home, we found that we didn't receive any of the items we ordered, instead received someone else's order entirely. Contacting customer service, we were initially quite happy with the recourse after they reversed the charges to our card. About 3 days after that, someone reapplied the charges to our account. I had previously posted a 5 star review, but I removed it in light of this issue...
Y’all have got to start reading tickets on orders. 9 times out of 10 my salad is missing at least one thing that I pay extra for.. it used to not always be this way but the last few months the service has gone downhill. I love salad and go and hope they do better!
