Yesterday when I picked up my curbside order I asked if I had gotten ALL of the items on my list. The very unfriendly grungy guy with the long beard who loaded it answered with a hostile yes. Then When I got home I found he lied and I had been cheated out of one of my items that Sam’s charged me for. Sam’s Customer Service absolutely sucks. First I had to deal with an idiotic recorded message that couldn’t understand what I needed. Finally I was transferred to a foreign CS rep whose English was so bad I couldn’t understand her! She also insulted me and was incredibly slow. What an insult to loyal Sam’s customers!! Think I’ll be going to Costco when my membership expires!

This is probably 10 stars for the price to flavor/fullness ratio, 0 stars for health, and a couple stars for the facility itself which is loud, open, and not the cleanest ever due to the traffic volume vs number of workers....but...if you want to eat some delicious pizzq for less than $3, this is a pretty sweet deal. Maybe use it as an opportunity to pick up a rotisserie chicken and some veggies to offset the hot to your health!?

You made my day - 1st with your kind attutude 2nd for finding in that huge store what you looked up and knew you had, we just couldn't find it!! Thank you!!! He deserves some type of reward --- maybe his own box of Aspire!!
In April we purchased a pergola to be delivered and set up for 5/20/20. We waited for 2 months just to purchase this pergola. Today was supposed to be delivery and set up day. We were informed that SAMS CLUB HAD SOLD THE ITEM WE BOUGHT BACK IN APRIL TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I called and talked to Damion, he was no help at all. I went into the store and another manager helped, because Damion ran off to lunch instead of taking care of his manager duties. The other Manager that help

The other Manager that helped immediately ran to the back and was relaying messages to a non manager to give to me. Again you are in management come talk to me. They came up with no solutions to fix the problem. I suggested many solutions and ultimately they couldn’t come to anything that benefited me as a customer. All I asked was for them to Order the product on line and have it delivered and set up and they wouldn’t do that. I’m extremely disappointed in their management and customer care procedures. The customer always comes first. Maybe if I was white I would have gotten my problem taken care of. I ended up leaving with a refund and someone else with the pergola I bought.
Clean, friendly people ( especially in eyecare center)
I had a problem with a tire yesterday. The tire center is still closed but Don, who was working in another department until his reopens, helped me find a solution to my situation! He went above and beyond the call of his job to help. Way to go Don!!! Also a big thank you to the three other employees that helped me find Don.
